In order to promote the process of socialist rule of law and realize the concept of governing the country according to law,the education of rule of law in the stage of compulsory education is essential,because the legalization of society not only needs the compulsory restraint of legal norms,We also need citizens' own awareness of the rule of law.2016,China's Ministry of Education issued a notice on matters related to Teaching Books for Primary and Middle Schools in 2016,formally offering the course "morality and the Rule of Law" at the stage of compulsory education.the purpose of the course of "morality and the rule of law" is not only to master subject knowledge,but also to develop a habit.Through the influence of teachers' teaching and teaching environment,it helps students to learn relevant legal knowledge at the same time.Internalize the concept of the rule of law and change it into its own values,so that the education of the rule of law goes deep into the consciousness of every citizen.Starting with the importance and significance of the education of the rule of law,this paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out "morality and the rule of law".Combined with the teaching theories of various periods and schools,this paper studies and analyzes the existing teaching process of "morality and the rule of law",finds out the shortcomings,combines the concept of rule of law teaching and follows the principles of teaching design.This paper designs the four aspects of teachers,teaching environment,teaching methods and teaching evaluation in the process of teaching design,in order to achieve the purpose of valuing the concept of rule of law.The thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the development history of the rule of law education,so as to understand the true significance and purpose of governing the country according to law,so that we can fundamentally attach importance to the rule of law education in primary and secondary schools.To provide theoretical support and ideological guidance for the future research of curriculum design and teaching methods;The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis and practical basis of teaching,and describes theteaching design of "morality and rule of law",which is the course of rule of law in the stage of obligation.The third chapter analyzes the shortcomings in the actual teaching process,finds out the reasons,and lays the groundwork for the later teaching design.Combined with the theoretical basis and principles of teaching design,the fourth chapter designs the teaching of "morality and the rule of law" from four aspects:teachers,teaching environment,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.The fifth chapter aims at the course of "morality and the rule of law" in a central provincial capital city,according to the design method of the paper,randomly selects two courses from the teaching material to carry on the teaching design.As a subject knowledge,the purpose of the rule of law course is not only to impart legal knowledge,but also to publicize and popularize legal knowledge and awareness of the rule of law,and to prepare for the construction of a socialist society ruled by law.The teaching of the rule of law course in the compulsory teaching stage should pay attention to the internal effect of the consciousness of the rule of law.Through the influence of the teaching environment and the teaching design,the cultivation of consciousness should be integrated into the course of "morality and rule of law".
