| The Eighth Five-Year Plan of the National Education System for Publicity and Education on the Rule of Law,issued by our education department,places great importance on the education of young people on the rule of law and other related work,carries out regular and standardised related education,and focuses on the practicality of the educational content in terms of education on the rule of law,that is,it is mutually integrated with practical life,which provides the rule of law education for young people This points to a specific way forward for education on the rule of law for young people.Rule of law education in primary schools should take classroom teaching as the main channel,and open up a full and complete curriculum for rule of law education.Strengthening the integration and development of morality and rule of law classes and rule of law education in primary schools is the key to ensuring the effectiveness of rule of law education.This study consists of five chapters,of which the first chapter is the introductory section.The second chapter is the research design,this study selected mainly the sixth grade students in three public elementary schools as the main object of this study,this paper also designed the relevant questionnaire and interview-related outline to carry out,the main survey content including the rule of law education objectives,content,form,evaluation of the four dimensions to design.The third chapter is the data statistics and analysis,the questionnaire and interview results are organized and presented to summarize the basic situation of rule of law education in elementary school morality and rule of law classes.The fourth chapter is mainly to analyze the problems of rule of law education faced in elementary school morality and rule of law classes,to summarize the relevant problems that may arise,and to analyze their attribution.This paper finds that the problems of rule of law education in the classroom are: first,the understanding of rule of law education is one-sided and the degree of importance is not enough;second,the goal is to focus on legal provisions and ignore students’ emotional experience;third,the content is not deeply explored and does not meet the actual legal needs of students;fourth,the classroom lectures are mainly,and students lack legal practice exercises.Fifth,the rule of law evaluation is only "score theory",which can hardly reflect the rule of law literacy.The main reasons for the existence of problems are: first,the lack of professional knowledge and educational experience in rule of law education;second,traditional teaching inertia restricts the effective implementation of rule of law education;third,the low degree of development of teaching materials and other rule of law education resources;fourth,the lack of creativity in the ways and means of rule of law education;fifth,the imperfect evaluation system of rule of law education in schools.Chapter 5 is the strategy suggestions for rule of law education in elementary school morality and rule of law classes:first,update the concept of rule of law education and enrich teachers’ theoretical reserve of rule of law;second,clarify the goals of rule of law education and strengthen students’ emotional education;third,dig deeper into the content of rule of law education and closely contact with practical life;fourth,innovate the teaching methods of rule of law and build a new type of rule of law education classroom;fifth,use a multi-dimensional evaluation system and take students’ development-oriented.Only by insisting on a series of measures and creating a good atmosphere for the rule of law can we better promote the effective development of rule of law construction in elementary school and ensure that elementary school students systematically learn legal knowledge,firmly believe in the rule of law and improve their legal literacy. |
