Lecture-speaking refers to a kind of teaching and research activity in which teachers express their main teaching design and related theoretical support for a certain topic in an oral way,so as to improve the level of teachers' professional development,and to improve teachers' awareness and ability of teaching and research in primary and secondary schools.Play an important role.In the long-term teaching practice,the majority of schools have combined their own reality and used the related theories of lectures to actively explore the activities of lectures,and have achieved certain results.Specific to the primary schools in Liaocheng City,Speaking Class has also been widely recognized and applied in the job title promotion,teaching research,job recruitment,and literacy appraisal of the education system.Nonetheless,in our investigations on the application of lectures,we found that some teachers have obvious misunderstandings in the understanding and knowledge of lectures to a certain extent.In order to improve the effectiveness of ethics and rule of law teachers in elementary schools,we organized a questionnaire survey on the current situation of ethics and rule of law teachers in elementary schools in Liaocheng.Using lecture theory,while adhering to the principle of combining theory and practice,explore ways and methods to improve the effectiveness of lecture activities,and provide reference suggestions for elementary school moral and law teachers to better carry out lecture activities.The research content is as follows: Firstly,it summarizes the relevant theories of the teachers of elementary school morality and rule of law.Then,it focuses on the elements,types,principles,content of the teaching lectures of the elementary school morality and rule of law teachers,as well as the characteristics of the subject lectures of the "Ethics and the rule of law" course.On this basis,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the current situation of the teaching work of teachers of morality and rule of law in Liaocheng primary schools.In this part,we first investigate the teaching practice of the teachers of ethics and rule of law in elementary schools,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of their teaching.On the basis of the survey results,focus on the understanding and participation of teachers of morality and rule of law in Liaocheng Primary School,the learning and application of the theory of speaking,the types and forms of participating in the speaking,the grasp of the content of the speaking,the practical application of speaking,etc.Carried out theoretical analysis.In response to the prominent problems reflected,from the three levels of the competent department,the school and the teachers,targeted optimization measures have been provided for the teaching work of the primary school ethics and rule of law teachers.First of all,as the competent department of education,we should strive to promote the reform of the curriculum system and the development of ethics and rule of law teachers' lecture activities;secondly,schools should strengthen the construction of the lecture system and create a good lecture atmosphere.Finally,elementary school teachers of ethics and rule of law should strengthen the learning and practice of teaching theory.
