Critical thinking has increasingly become an essential rational thinking for people,developing a critical thinking perspective to analyze problems is a key step in the process of students entering the society from school.However,in the actual investigation,high school students' critical thinking level is not high,and in the middle school teaching process,teachers pay little attention to the cultivation and development of students' critical thinking.Studies have shown that,Teachers' creative teaching behavior plays an extremely important role in the development of students' thinking.This paper uses the teacher's creative teaching behavior evaluation scale CFTIndex and the critical thinking disposition test questionnaire CTDI-CV to investigate and analyze high school physics teachers and high school students respectively.To understand the influence of teachers' creative teaching behavior on students' critical thinking disposition in high school physics teaching,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The total score of high school students' critical thinking tends to be between 280 and 350.Score between 38.79 points and 46.53 points in each dimension,the total score and the performance of each dimension are at a medium level,in seven dimensions,students are the worst looking for truth,curiosity is the strongest,the remaining dimensions scored as analytical ability>open thinking>systematic ability>cognitive maturity >self-confidence of critical thinking,students have certain ability to analyze problems and have a certain open attitude towards other people's opinions.However,some students lack the purpose and lack self-confidence when dealing with problems,and the students' critical thinking tends to be changed.In addition,the results of the study show that there are significant differences in the critical thinking disposition of students of different genders and regions,but there is no difference in the critical thinking disposition of students of different grades.(2)The average score of creative teaching behavior of high school physics teachers is 205.6 points,of which the score of the frustration dimension is 25.15 points,the score of evaluation dimension is 20.10 points,and the other dimensions are motivation > chance > problem> independence>Flexible>Judgment>Integration.Teachers are good at encouraging students to face difficulties and setbacks in learning,but they are extremely lack of evaluation of students.Overall,the creative teaching behavior of physics teachers needs to be improved.In addition,the results show that teachers of different ages,teaching ages and professional titles have significant differences in innovative teaching behaviors,and there is no difference in the performance of creative teaching behaviors between male and female teachers.(3)The creative teaching line of high school physics teachers is highly correlated with the students' critical thinking disposition,and it has different degrees of influence in different dimensions.
