| The most important mission of education is to cultivate students’ critical thinking,which is an essential ability to develop students’ key competence and adapt to the future society.Foreign critical thinking research is relatively rich,forming a more mature theoretical system,but the domestic research started relatively late,has not yet formed a localization theory.In domestic related research,there is almost no research on the measuring tool of critical thinking disposition for primary school students in compulsory education stage.This study attempts to work out a questionnaire on critical thinking disposition for primary school students,which will lay a foundation for such research.On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,combining with interviews,this study initially formed the dimensions and specific items of the questionnaire of critical thinking for primary school students.The study carried out two pre-surveys to analyze the items of the questionnaire,factor analysis and reliability test,combined with students’ feedback,revise and improve the questionnaire.And then,the study held an official inquiry.The conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,through theoretical research at home and abroad and interviews,it was concluded that the critical thinking disposition for primary school students includes eight dimensions: humility,intellectual courage,intellectual empathy,fairmindedness,intellectual perseverance,confidence in reason,intellectual independence,curiosity.Secondly,through the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire,it was found that Cornbach of the questionnaire is 0.909,and the content validity and constructive validity was satisfying.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire basically meet the requirements of statistics.Thirdly,using self-made questionnaire,this paper analyzed the characteristics of pupils’ critical thinking disposition.(1)descriptive analysis results showed that the critical thinking disposition of primary school students was generally at a high level;(2)Difference analysis:there was no significant difference in gender and grade,the pupils’ of diffrernt expectation of education,parents’ educational background were remarkable different.(3)The results of regression analysis showed that the confidence of reason had the greatest influence on the critical thinking disposition of primary school students,followed by intellectual perseverance. |
