Acetic acid is an organic compound composed of methyl group and carboxyl group,which not only has the property of methyl group,but also has the property of carboxyl group,and the interaction between methyl group and carboxyl group is mutual.Now,how do you understand the properties of acetic acid? This involves the transformation of acetic acid functional groups,from the hydroxyl group of ethanol to the new functional group--carboxyl group.The core of this class is to construct the conceptual model of functional group--carboxyl group.So how to construct the conceptual model of carboxyl group? Combining the knowledge characteristics of acetic acid,the conceptual model of carboxyl group is constructed from the perspective of analysis and demonstration,which can promote students to construct the knowledge of acetic acid efficiently.In this study,the knowledge of acetic acid was analyzed from the perspective of modeling and demonstration.According to the procedures and requirements of modeling and demonstration,the teaching design idea of modeling oriented demonstration was put forward,the teaching design scheme of "acetic acid" was developed,and the teaching practice was studied.This research firstly sorts out and reviews relevant literature on modeling and demonstration,clarifies the concept and connotation of modeling teaching and the concept and connotation of demonstration teaching,understands modeling teaching design and demonstration teaching design,and determines the thinking of modeling teaching and demonstration teaching.After years of research on modeling teaching and demonstration teaching,scholars have established scientific modeling teaching procedures and demonstration teaching procedures,and put forward relatively strict requirements for modeling teaching.Based on the existing knowledge and experience of students,a pre-test questionnaire of acetic acid was prepared,and400 students in senior one of an ordinary high school in shandong province were taken as the research object.The contents of chemical textbooks of acetic acid are interpreted from the perspective of modeling,and the teaching design cases of acetic acid are developed based on the demonstration of teaching design ideas of modeling orientation.Take the above 400 students as the research object to carry out teaching practice;In order to test the practical effect of the teaching design,a questionnaire for post-test of acetic acid was prepared,the research objects were tested,the research data were collected and processed,and SPSS21.0 software was used for data management and analysis.The research shows that :(1)the demonstration teaching of modeling orientation is more conducive to students' efficient construction of the conceptual model of carboxyl functional groups;(2)valence bond theory,spatial structure and chemical properties can promote students' knowledge of acetic acid.The innovation of this research is as follows: first,the idea of demonstrative instructional design based on modeling is proposed,which provides a new method for future instructional design research.Secondly,the pre-test and post-test questionnaires of acetic acid were compiled to provide a new reference tool for the teaching and research of acetic acid in the future.
