Since the beginning of the 20 th century, many countries and regions in the world have begun to reform education.Among them, textbook reform is one of the important tasks of educational curriculum reform. However, the systematic evaluation of textbooks is relatively lacking. Before the selection of textbooks,it is necessary to establish a systematic textbook quality measurement index and carry out systematic research as a basis for evaluating and improving the quality of chemical textbooks. This study uses Kano's two-dimensional quality model to classify two-dimensional quality attributes and analyze chemistry textbook quality improvement projects. This study,by consulting relevant literature and related research, summed up the quality elements that should be possessed in the chemistry textbooks, and collected the two heading items from two dimensions to compile the quality elements of the chemistry textbook and the satisfaction questionnaire. The obtained questionnaire data and data were tested and analyzed.Firstly, according to the relevant literature of Kano two-dimensional quality model and the characteristics of chemistry disciplines, the quality element and satisfaction questionnaire of chemistry textbooks are compiled. Then, the chemistry textbook quality factor and satisfaction questionnaire are used to issue the first-year high school students in JiNing City.Questionnaire, survey the quality elements of textbooks and the chemistry textbooks used now;after collecting the survey results, use SPSS21.0 statistical software for data processing, each will The quality elements of the chemistry textbooks are statistically satisfied with the degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the case of(sufficient)and non-sufficient(not sufficient);then the Kano two-dimensional quality model is used to classify the attributes of the chemistry textbook and calculate Quality improvement indicators analyze the impact of various quality factors on user satisfaction;finally establish a chemistry textbook to improve or prioritize quality elements. The research shows: First, based on the recognition and satisfaction of the quality elements of the chemistry textbooks,22 quality factors are classified;Second, based on the Kano quality improvement indicators, the satisfaction indicators are increased and the dissatisfaction indicators are eliminated to improve the chemistry textbooks. The innovations of the thesis are as follows: 1.Based on the two-dimensional quality model of Kano,a new questionnaire for the quality element examination of high school chemistry textbooks is prepared.Second, based on the survey of this study, the quality elements are obtained. The classification situation provides a new basis for the evaluation and revision of chemistry textbooks.
