A new round of curriculum reform has begun. With the promulgation of “chemistry curriculum standard for senior high school(2017 Edition)”,new chemistry textbooks of various versions have emerged.Kano model originated from the "incentive-health theory" of American psychologist Herzberg, and gradually developed into a research tool for classifying quality factors, which is widely used to evaluate and improve the quality of products and services in various fields.People education edition "general high school textbook chemistry · compulsory first volume" has been put into use,how do students evaluate the new textbook? What aspects does the new textbook have room for improvement? In this study,a textbook evaluation index system was established in the view of chemistry core literacy, and a questionnaire for new chemistry textbooks was developed to meet the research needs of Kano Model.Combining with in-depth interview, this paper evaluates the New Chemistry Textbook from the perspective of student use.First, collecting and reviewing the relevant literature of textbook evaluation and twodimensional quality model to define the analysis method of Kano model, and summarize the textbook evaluation indicators.Secondly, based on the educational concept of developing students' chemical core literacy,a textbook evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions: literacy, content, and columns. Then, based on the established evaluation system and the research needs,a new chemistry textbook questionnaire and interview outline were prepared. After that, the method of combining quantitative questionnaire and qualitative interview were carried out: 332 students from six classes of two provincial standardized schools in Shandong Province are taken as the research objects to carry out the questionnaire survey, and 7 students were selected to conduct semi-structured interviews,so as to understand the students' views on the new edition of textbooks from multiple perspectives Finally, using the SPSS 21.0 software to collect statistical questionnaire data, the 21 quality factors were classified into Kano model,refined-Kano model and Importance-Satisfaction model in turn, and through the adjustment of Improvement index, the quality factors that need to be improved first are obtained. At the same time, the interview dialogue was transcribed into a text manuscript, the key information was extracted by analytical method to form a triangle demonstration, and the improvement measures of quality elements were explored. The results show that :(1)The evaluation of textbooks will be directly affected by students' learning concept.(2)Students' evaluation of textbooks will affect their use of textbooks.(3)Textbook design should realize the tension balance between educational concept, knowledge content and functional columns. The innovation of the research:(1)the questionnaire of new chemistry textbooks has been developed, which provides a new tool for textbook evaluation;(2)give out the student factors that affect the evaluation and use of textbooks, providing a new research perspective for textbook evaluation;(3)this paper puts forward the requirements of textbook design from the perspective of optimizing quality factors, which provides a new theoretical basis for the compilation of textbooks.
