In the teaching of primary and secondary schools,as far as the status of art discipline is concerned,with the new curriculum reform,art has gradually been paid attention to.However,art discipline has always been in the form of "sub-discipline",with less class hours and less attention.There is still a situation that often occupies classes,which results in the marginalization of the subject.As far as students are concerned,due to the dilemma that art subjects have not been paid much attention to for a long time,some students are not motivated to participate in art teaching.They think that instead of wasting time in art courses,they should spend their time in the study of the main courses in order to improve their examination results.As far as art teachers are concerned,because art disciplines are not taken seriously and class hours are often crowded out,the phenomenon of art teachers 'job burnout is easy to occur.Teaching efficacy is a teacher's belief in teaching,and directly affects the teaching behavior of teachers,and then affects the effectiveness of teaching.This paper mainly takes the influence of teaching efficacy of art teachers on teaching as the research object,and explores the mechanism of its role.Art teaching bears a very important task of aesthetic education.It has a very unique position in primary and secondary education.Teachers 'sense of teaching efficacy plays a very important role in art teaching.For art teaching,it affects the position of art subject in teaching subjects,the choice of teaching content and methods,and the situation of art teachers in teaching.State of mind and attitude;affect the teaching evaluation of art teachers in teaching;affect students'performance in art classes,the way of transmission is also varied.Taking my own practice experience as an example,the author compares and analyses my own practice experience,explores the transmission of teaching efficacy of art teachers and its impact on teaching,and according to the results of the study.Suggestions and prospects are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is mainly about the background,purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation and research methods at home and abroad;the second part is mainly about the introduction of theoretical basis and the elaboration of teaching efficacy;the third part is mainly about the implementation of the core literacy of Fine Arts disciplines,the improvement of classroom efficiency and the promotion of the development of fine arts teachers.The fourth part focuses on the function mechanism of the sense of teaching efficacy of art teachers in teaching.Firstly,the sense of teaching efficacy of art teachers will inevitably be affected by the subject of art,secondly,it will be transmitted in a certain way,and finally play its role in teaching.The fifth part takes the author's experience of teaching practice as an example to analyze.This paper explores the influence of art teachers'teaching efficacy on teaching,and finally draws a conclusion that the degree and level of art teachers' teaching efficacy are different,and the impact on teaching is also different.The sixth part puts forward some suggestions and prospects based on the exploration of the influence of art teachers' teaching efficacy on teaching and learning.In a word,the sense of teaching efficacy is a kind of perception and belief that teachers can effectively accomplish their teaching objectives and work in teaching activities.It is a complex cognitive and behavioral process,which is interrelated with teachers'teaching management ability,teaching methods and spiritual outlook.Because the author's research ability is limited,there are still many deficiencies in the research,which need to be improved in the future teaching work.
