Study On The Social Mobility Of Female Football Players In Shaanxi Province

Over the years of reform and opening up,China has initially formed a model of a modern social mobility mechanism.As a result,the rate of social mobility has increased significantly and the vitality of the society has increased significantly.However,with the gradual transition from the planned economy system to the market economy system,the movement of athletes began to be legalized and legalized.However,some institutional barriers left over from the era of planned economy still make the current social mobility in China a certain problem.The reason why the movement of athletes during training or after retirement has increasingly become the focus of the society and the government is that the direction of their movement is not only related to individuals,but also to the stable development of the whole sports team and the rise and fall of national competitive sports.Compared with other sports,women’s football is an unpopular sport,which needs extensive attention from the sports circle and the society.So,what is the current situation of the flow of players in shaanxi women’s football team? What’s the problem? For this,this article from the perspective of sociology,football player flow condition in shaanxi province as the research object,in sichuan province women’s football athlete as the contrast,under the current mechanism in shaanxi province women’s soccer team athlete social mobility problems and influencing factors,find out the optimization countermeasures of child athletes flow environment in shaanxi province,in order to the development of the shaanxi women’s soccer team to provide certain theoretical reference.In this study,women football players and active players of shaanxi province who participated in the 2009,2013 and 2017 national games were selected as the research objects.Methods of literature review,interview and investigation were adopted to study the social mobility of the players of shaanxi women football team.It is found that there are some reasonable natural flows and some unreasonable unnatural flows in the social mobility of the players of shaanxi women’s football team.At the same time,through the comparison with the social mobility of the athletes in the sub-teams of sichuan province,the paper further discusses the existing problems and shortcomings,and finally puts forward the strategies to optimize the development of the women’s football team in western shaanxi province.Second,increase capital input and expand sources of funds;Thirdly,to solve the problem of women’s football players’ outlet;Fourth,we will introduce more policies on the development of youth women’s soccer.
