Under the influence of the strategic environment of "science and education to rejuvenate the country",the development of the education company has been accelerating.But increasingly fierce market competition,bigger and stronger must rely on internal management,the private training school in staff human resources management there are all kinds of problems,including performance management goal is not clear and the index of performance management,unreasonable and imperfect system of performance management and other issues in a way has been restricting the development of training school,become the bottleneck of its development.Therefore,private training schools to have stable and high quality teaching staff,improve teaching quality and realize the development strategy of the school,you must establish a set of suitable for our private characteristics of the performance evaluation system of teachers training school.Based on BX training school as the research object,this paper first describes and reviews of performance management related theory,related concepts,including performance management,performance management to enterprise's important role and the method of performance management(MBO method,KPI,BSC and 60°performance evaluation method);Secondly,through questionnaire investigation,combed the BX training school is the main methods of performance management,search in the performance management goal,setting the performance indicators,performance management system,performance,communication mechanism,the prominent problems in the process of performance feedback mechanism,and from the aspects of theory,experience,practice seriously analyzes its reasons.Based on performance related to the performance management theory,tries to make performance management objectives,to determine the performance management standard,the implementation of performance management system,to carry out the performance management from five aspects,such as talking about performance improvement plan put forward a set of accord with the actual situation of BX training school performance management optimization scheme,establishing performance management plan,implementation,evaluation,feedback and improve the dynamic system.To ensure the smooth implementation of lifting scheme BX training school performance,tries to increase performance management training,strengthen the communication performance management,improve the system of performance evaluation indicators,standardization of performance management and pay attention to the performance evaluation results aspects such as the main security measures are put forward.Hope that,through the study of thesis can from raising the level of performance management in BX training school actually,also for the application of training school staff performance management to provide some reference.
