Recently,The educational training companies have become the most essential element in service sector and the positive supplement for the national education in china.The overall tendency of booming is evident.However,the issues behind the rapid development are found in terms of lack of elites and imperfection of HR management system.They,as a result,have created hidden hazard on the training companies' steady development.AT,the biggest branch under the AT Education Group,which is the new OTC listed member,is undergoing healthy growth.But it is confronted with dilemmas in the development and inner management,due to the deficiency of staff performance assessment and high turnover rate of experienced staff.The study is composed of 6 parts.The first is introduction.Based on reference research,it sorts out performance assessment home and abroad in current research,methodology and tool.The second is theory and concepts.It categorizes the relevant theories and concepts on performance assessment.The third is current performance assessment in AT.It helps to summarizes the current situation and problems by means of questionnaire investigation and orienteering.The fourth is the optimization scheme of AT employee performance assessment.Considering the problems in the system and AT's strategic vision,the study applies mathematical fuzzy method to optimize the index and weight of AT's assessment.The optimization scheme will be created according to systematic designs on the AT's optimal goal,principle,path,standard,index,weight and process,etc.The fifth is the supporting measures on the At's performance assessment.The measures are produced based on the knowledge,the expert's guidance,the management and outcome of performance assessment,which hopefully guarantees the achievement of AT's scheme.The six is the conclusion.In this part,the expectation of further study can be found.Based on the problems in the AT's employee performance assessment,the study intends to achieve the index optimization of the feasible and practical AT assessment system for the the At's management service staff and sales service staff.The study is conducted by comprehensive analysis of performance assessment theory and expertise as well as construction of assessment mode.Thus it is expected to be significant in practice.There might exist some drawbacks in the study due to the limitation of my time and knowledge.
