Education and training institutions will face the fierce market competition because of the property market, and the hitherto unknown influence and impact on the growing Chinese education and training industry. In the fierce market competition, effective performance management is a kind of important tool and means of the modern enterprise to human resources management. But the performance management still needs further perfection in education and training enterprise in china. Therefore, it has very important theoretical and practical significance to explore and try scientific performance management for the education and training enterprise.The paper as A education and training company an example, based on the domestic and foreign performance management theory and results, the performance management problems of A education and training company are analyzed. A education and training company performance management system has many problems, mainly displays in follows:the concepts of fuzzy and deviation on performance management and performance assessment, performance indexes lack scientific, the application of appraisal results is too narrow, no clear strategic objectives and strategic planning, strategic objectives and performance management is out of line, testing content comprehensive, lack of communication channels and not conducive to performance feedback. The organizational structure, department and position responsibility of the company are clear understanding, and based on it A education and training company strategic performance management system is constructed from financial, customer, internal operation, study and development. And the difference of performance management index system is constructed according to authorities and responsibilities from three levels include the company, department and employee.The performance management process of A education and training company is optimized.
