The early childhood stage is the foundation stage of life,if the foundation is unstable,the ground shakes.Our country increasingly attaches importance to the development of the field of preschool education,the professional development of preschool teachers also draws attention from everyone.The quality of teacher professional development is restricted by many factors,and observation ability is the core factor.Therefore,various policy documents issued in the field of preschool in China have repeatedly pointed out that attention should be paid to teachers’ observation ability,which is the basic requirement of modern kindergarten curriculum "Focusing on children" and is related to the overall quality of kindergarten education.When it comes to topics such as kindergarten education quality and teachers’ observation,"independent game" has become a hot topic.After the reason,in independent games,children can show the most authentic appearance,and teachers can most easily observe the "growth signal" released by children,and independent games provide excellent "focal point" for teachers to observe.The improvement of teachers’ observation ability in independent games is beneficial to the improvement of their overall observation ability and the quality of independent games.However,in front-line practice,there are more or less problems in teachers’ observation in independent games,and teachers’ observation ability has become a "bottleneck" link in teachers’ professional development.Therefore,attention must be paid to the improvement of teachers’ observation ability in order to effectively realize teachers’ professional growth.The 21 st century is an ecological world.With the continuous development of ecology,its theories and methods have permeated into the research in the field of preschool education,and it has become a new trend to use ecology to explore good solutions to problems.However,focusing on the field of teacher observation,the lack of ecological vision seriously hinders the professional development of teachers.Based on the reality demand and tendency of theoretical research,and based on ecology,this study examines the current independent game to develop the current situation of teachers in the process of observation,reveals the problems,the reason behind the system analysis,and then integrate the internal and external environment factors suggest to promote teachers’ scientific and effective observation,in order to promote teachers in independent game of high quality investigation.The framework structure of this paper mainly includes the following parts:The first chapter: on the whole horizon,this paper made a comprehensive and profound meaning interpretation of teachers’ observation in Independent Games from the Perspective of Ecology,define the concept of teachers’ observation from the Perspective of Ecology,and teachers’ observation in Independent Games from the Perspective of Ecology,and combing the characteristics of teachers’ observation from the Perspective of Ecology,determine the flow direction for this research.Chapter Two: Based on the actual situation of teachers’ observation in independent game of the three target gardens,this paper combines the multi-dimensional methods of behavior analysis,text analysis and interview analysis,according to the ecological dimension examine the current situation of teachers’ observation in independent games from the goal,methods of observation,records,observation after analysis and observe the response of the five core link,combined with the quantitative and qualitative data for intuitive present situation.Chapter Three: This chapter is mainly based on the sorting out of the current situation,refining problems and making attribution analysis according to the characteristics of teachers’ observation from the perspective of ecology.According to the research,the main problems of teachers’ observation in independent games are as follows:Contradictions between teachers’ education idea and practice,lacking of care;Disintegration between and within each link,lacking of overall relevance;Fossilization of teacher’s observation,dynamic variability is insufficient;Singleness of method and strategy,lacking of diversity;Lack of reflection or existing in name only,lacking of self-reflection;Only look at the present without examining the past and the future,lacking of sustainability.This is mainly due to the lack of teachers’ ecological literacy,the ecological lack of external environment and the difficulty of observation in independent games.Chapter Four: Based on the ecological perspective,the strategies to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ observation in independent games are elaborated from three dimensions.One is to uphold the “Children’s position”,set up the ecological perspective of the observer.Second is to reserve theory and skills,interpret children’s behavior correctly.Third is to establish a new system,create a suitable environment for scientific observation.
