With the promulgation of the Guidelines for Children's Learning and Development in the period of 3-6 years in 2012,teacher's observation ability is more and more concerned by educator,and improve the ability of teachers to observe is also an important content.The teacher's ability to observe is the professional ability of the teacher,and the ability of the teacher to observe can be expressed by the behavior.To improve teacher's observation ability by changing teacher's observation behavior.In this paper,the activities of the art zone as a starting point,the action research method is used to improve the teacher's observation ability in practice.This paper is divided into five chapters.Specific details go as follows:The first chapter is the basic introduction of the research and the background of the research.The thesis is based on the professional development of the teacher and based on the sustainable development of the child.It is also based on the thought of improving the quality of the kindergarten education activity.At the same time,in the first chapter,the core concept of the thesis is defined,and the relevant documents are summarized,the innovation of this paper is further discussed,and the content of the research is clarified.The second chapter is the design of the research about the research object and the research method to the research.The research object of this study is the forefront kindergarten teacher,the research method used is the action research method,and is supplemented by the interview method and the physical analysis method.The third chapter is mainly about the study plan,clear the pilot kindergarten of the study,and investigate the background information of the kindergarten,choose the team member to take part in the action research.This chapter also has a detailed plan for the action research,the implementation of a previous research work on the current situation of the teachers in the pilot kindergarten,clear and definite the implementation and the steps of the action research.The fourth chapter is mainly about the process of action research,discussing with teachers,proposing intervening measure to improve the teacher's observation ability from the research.Inthis chapter,the investigator explored the practice with the members of the Action group,to improve the intervening strategy of the teacher's observation ability from the actual work of the education.The researchers analyzed and summarized the problems and the action group's teachers when the teacher observed the young children in the course about the Art Designing work and put forward the modification plan and the guide the education practice.The fifth chapter is about the effect and introspection of the research.By comparing the observation records of the teachers before and after the study,it can reflect the constant change and improvement of the teachers' observation ability.It also puts forward Suggestions and reflections on the research,which can be used for reference by more education practitioners.
