Justice is the knot of Geerdiyasi set by mankind for himself.The communication between teachers and students is an important educational way to practice the value of justice.However,the phenomenon of unjustice interaction between teachers and students has frequently appeared so as to cause deep thinking.This article selects a primary school,S Primary School,as the research object.Through participating in school life,it shows the status quo of justice value in teacher-student communication.Through conversations with teachers and students,it explores the reasons why the justice value in teacher-student commucation is so as.And try to explore a path to realize justice value in teacher-student communication.This study is divided into four parts.The first part briefly describes the process of the researcher's participation in the study,including the basic situation of the subject S elementary school and its teachers and students,the basic process of the researcher "I" entering S elementary school and the teacher-student cmmunication experienced in the experience.It is important to note that the teacher-student communication recorded in the study is a common segment in school life,not a special educational performance.The second part shows the justice value of the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom and the extracurricular activities in school life.We can say that these so-called "justice" communictaions have "deficiency".These teacher-student communications have been reduced and organized to three forms:'false justice','deprived rights',and 'default insults'.These unjustice communications have certain commonalities in daily school life.In the third part,on the basis of reading,translating,summarizing and connecting the interview materials and observation materials of teachers and students,the researcher believes that the justice value of teacher-student communication'deficiency' can be analyzed from the perspective of the teacher's role and the teacher's individual.Specifically,under the role of teachers,the suppression of "authoritarianism" and "successism" makes it difficult for teachers to make justice actions.They are difficult to participate in the system and make their own voices heard.At the same time,The current teacher-student communication system based on hierarchical management has involved them in power control,and the utilitarian pursuit brought by the implicit system has made it difficult for them to consider the rights of students.It is difficult to make justice behavior;However,for teachers personally,the lack of justice and virtue is also an important reason for the "deficiency" of justice value in teacher-student communication.It is highlighted that teachers have to face the inner shackles of 'selfishness' and 'closed-mindedness'.This makes it difficult for them to jump out of the current system design,and even replace the 'justice concept' with the 'fair concept',thus lacking the 'justice review' of teacher-student communication.Under the joint action of the two sides,the teacher-student communication presents the above-mentioned value 'deficiency'.In the fourth part,the researcher believes that the realization of more justice teacher-student communication needs to start from two aspects:the construction of school system and the promotion of teachers 'virtue.The former aims to create a 'more just teacher interaction behavior'.Including ensuring teachers 'participation in the overall education system,changing the class teacher system in the school,establishing a class regulation system in the class,and strengthening teachers' rights;The latter aims to create a 'more just teacher quality',that is,a teacher who has a sense of justice based on reason and kindness in teacher education.Such a teacher has a fair view of his own behavior.In addition,we can look at the behavior of teachers and students with objective and impartial eyes beyond the private perspective.
