Operational ability is one of the most basic abilities for students to learn mathematics,and it is an important foundation for students to live and learn mathematics in the future.In recent years,'core literacy' has been the focus of attention at home and abroad,and it has become a general trend to integrate core literacy into the teaching process.In the category of mathematics core literacy,computing power belongs to the basic content,which is consistent with the three dimensional goal of compulsory education curriculum standards(2011 edition).It provides a new research perspective for the cultivation of computing power.Core literacy theory,this study apply this theory to students operation ability,through literature research method,action research method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,combed the domestic and foreign research status about mathematical literacy and numeracy core,from the angle of the core quality,through the analysis,search for the correspondency of both,and on this basis,put forward effective primary school students operation ability training method,raise the core of the students' mathematics accomplishment.This study takes L primary school in Changshu city as an example,conducts a questionnaire survey on 246 students in three grades of different learning periods,and interviews six Maths teachers of different teaching ages to understand the current situation and problems in the implementation of primary school operation teaching,and draws the following conclusions:First,students' 'old knowledge' of mathematics learning is not in place,affecting the learning of new knowledge;Second,the lack of operational thinking of the process of inquiry,ignoring the understanding of the principles of the process of understanding;Third,the problem with non-intellectual factors is poor computing habits;Fourth,the corresponding law of psychological development and teaching law did not follow;Fifth,the lack of mathematical core thinking guidance.Based on the above survey conclusions,this study believes that the cultivation of primary school students' mathematical operation ability under the background of core literacy pays more attention to the cultivation of learning ability,and thus comes to the cultivation method of primary school students' mathematical operation ability.They are:understand the operational object;master the algorithm;explore the operational ideas;get the result of the operation.In view of the differences in age characteristics and learning contents of students in the first and second learning periods,this paper puts forward some teaching suggestions for cultivating students'operational ability,and puts them into practice in different aspects.Specifically includes:following the rules of students' psychological development and operational teaching;attach importance to the process;infiltrate students' mind;cultivate students' characters.
