A Study On The Cultivation Path Of College Students' Sense Of Due Process Under The Background Of Rule Of Law

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,as an important development path for the governance of state affairs,the overall rule of law is aiming to improve the legal literacy and moral quality of the whole nation.Due process consciousness is an important part of citizens' consciousness of the rule of law,an important content of building China under the rule of law,and an important guarantee to promote the overall rule of law.As an important talent force for the development of the country and society,due process consciousness of college students is an important factor affecting the overall process of rule of law.Different from the legal culture of Britain and the United States,our country pays attention to the cultivation of due process consciousness later.However,as an important part of the spirit of rule of law,due process consciousness of our country has gradually penetrated into the research of relevant departments,including the cultivation of due process consciousness of college students.This paper is based on the background of ruling the country according to law,taking the cultivation path research of due process consciousness of college students as the starting point and on the basis of reading and combing the literature,a questionnaire survey was conducted on some college students through a combination of theoretical summary and empirical analysis to analyze the objective cognition and subjective state of the due process consciousness of college students.According to the statistical results,the problems in the formation of due process consciousness of college students are found out,and further the reasons of the institutional,ideaistic,educational and personal links that cause the lack of due process consciousness of college students are found out.In view of the causes of the problems,specific suggestions from improving the system,establishing the concept,standardizing the education and promoting the individual four aspects are put forward in this paper,and the way to cultivate due process consciousness of college students are found out.At present,there are many articles about due process principles and the cultivation of college students' consciousness of the rule of law,but the combination of the two is the originality of this paper.Therefore,the cultivation path of due process consciousness of college students is been attempted to find out in this paper,the current gap in the field of cultivation of due process consciousness of college students in China is expected to make up for,and feasible suggestions for the consciousness of the rule of law of college students are put forward.
