Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Higher Vocational Students Under The Mode Of Combination Of Work And Study

In recent years,China's rapid development of Higher Vocational education,in order to meet the needs of society for professional and technical personnel,higher vocational colleges have recruited a large number of students,for the community to train professionals to make great contributions.But at present,Higher Vocational Colleges in the concept of education is relatively outdated,it is easy to lead to the lack of practical ability of students,for this reason many universities have begun to adopt a more innovative “work-study combination” model.However,in view of the relatively new model,many schools will have some problems in the application,such as: lack of management concepts,management system is not perfect,management content and training objectives are out of line,and so on.Based on this,under the background of “work-study combination” talent training mode,this paper studies in detail the implementation of the strategy of student management,and on the basis of in-depth investigation and research,through the“work-study combination” talent training mode in higher vocational schools to investigate the current situation of student management,to find out the existing problems.Then,this paper analyzes the difficulties that students encounter in training,analyzes the causes of the problems,and further explores the new system and mechanism of student management suitable for the “work-study combination” talent training mode,so as to provide reference for the management and training of students in Vocational Colleges under the “work-study combination” talent trainingmode.Test.Through the research on the Countermeasures of student management under the mode of “work-study combination”,this paper hopes to effectively serve students,give theoretical guidance to their employment and career development,enhance the employment competitiveness of Higher Vocational students,and realize the “zero distance” between the export of talents and the needs of enterprises.
