"Work Integrated Learning" Hotel Higher Colleges Management Of Professional Training Mode

With the rapid development of the domestic hotel industry, hotel demand for talent is also increasing, especially the ones with highly specialized, high comprehensive ability, talent-star hotel experienced practitioners are favored. But although supply and demand of tourism enterprises and vocational hotel management professionals are booming, it also has a dislocation of low deal rate. The reason is that vocational hotel management major students learn the outdated knowledge, know little about the new things of the industry, have procedural operational skills and adaptability is not strong. These problems reflect that there are some gap between the vocational hotel management major students and the demand of the hotel, and it can not fully meet the needs of modern business professionals. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the current vocational hotel management professionals training mode to adapt to social development needs.This article starts with studying the concepts defined of vocational hotel management major talent training mode of work-study combination and the related theoretical basis. Constructing talent training model theoretical framework of hotel management major systematically, summarizes four typical domestic vocational hotel management major talent training mode of work-study combination:Orders training model, Internship training mode, Training mode alternation, Project driven mode. Basing on analyzing the status and strengths and weaknesses of four typical modes, it designs questionnaires for hotel business, vocational colleges and graduate. Based on analysis of large amounts of data, it finds the mainly problems:enterprises’enthusiasm for participating in work-study combination is not high; school has obvious knowledge of standard value orientation; training objectives is not clear enough; faculty scarcity; lack of government investment and so on.According to the building of theoretical frame of hotel management majors personal training mode, it sets accurate objectives of professional training in hotel management, constructs a reasonable professional courses in hotel management system, uses effective teaching methods and enhances the building of hotel management " double-certificated teacher ". deepens hotel management school-enterprise cooperation, establishes and improves the hotel management evaluation system, strengthens combining learning with practice administration and other aspects of reform. Basing on above things, it discusses how to reform hotel management talent training mode and improve level of personnel training, which puts forward the reform road for vocational colleges to train high skilled talents meeting the need of industry.
