Research On The Strategy Of Improving The Employment Service Quality Of Secondary Vocational Students

In recent years,graduates employment problemof ordinary colleges and vocational colleges is more and more focused by the government and social which becomes a significant social and economic problem.With the increasingly severe employment situation,the employment service quality closely affects whether students can be smoothly employed.This paper based on broadly reading and combing domestic and foreign literatures,fully acquaints the current research status and progress of employment services,ascertains the secondary vocational student's employment service quality problem as the core research content and formulates corresponding research methods.This study adopts the service quality gap model theory combining with the characteristics of secondary vocational school students' age and mentality,adds "security" this dimension,and formulates the secondary vocational students employment service quality scale which has six dimensions and 32 indexes.To make research results more reasonable and scientific,a small scale of investigation activities was be proceeded before the formal implementation of questionnaire survey,and with the help of SPSS tools analyzes the reliability of preliminary survey data,and forms the secondary employment service quality questionnaire.In view of the counterpart of the research object,one secondary vocational school at Nanchang is selected as the research sample,implements a field investigation in the form of random sampling,and explores the secondary vocational employment service quality present situation ? problems and analyzes reasons.Finally,according to the above research constructs the secondary employment service model,and aimed at ground put forwards the strategy promoting secondary employment service quality from five aspects.Finally,this paper expounds the research content of this study and the further research direction.
