The Research On Quality Of Educational Service In Secondary Vocational School From Students’ Perspective

In the new century, vocational education in China continues to boom, secondary and higher vocational schools have great changes at many aspects. Vocational education provides students a broader road of getting knowledge and also trains numerous workers for society. With the increasing recruitment in secondary vocational schools, increasingly attention is paid on them, especially the quality of education service. With the rapid economic development, Secondary vocational schools face many changes and challenges. So to look for problems and deal with them in time are necessary tasks for secondary vocational school to keep survive and development.In this paper, the quality of the secondary education in Shanghai is surveyed in students’ view. Questionnaire includes several important contents as training (experiment), courses, teachers, school life, safety management and education, students’ management and students’ psychological counseling. The objects of the sampling survey are students of3secondary vocational schools in Shanghai.According to the survey, the quality of secondary education service in Shanghai is satisfactory except several problems such as indiscipline, test pressure, fast speed of lecture, food problems, extracurricular activities not attractive and not rich, little sports equipment, students’ opinions cannot reach related departments, the rules and regulations of the school are difficult to execute and so on.To solve the existing problems, secondary vocational schools should set up the concept of service, meet various requirements of the students, adjust the school education service content, pay attention to the value of students’ opinions, take questionnaire surveys among students and treat results appropriately.
