Evaluation On The Employment Quality Of The Students Of Tour Guide Service In Secondary Vocational School

At present,the tourism industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for skilled professionals is increasing day by day.However,among the current tour guide service personnel,the employment quality of tour guide service personnel in secondary vocational schools is relatively low,which is not optimistic.It is of practical significance to evaluate the employment quality of the students of tour guide service in secondary vocational schools,explore the factors affecting the quality of employment and provide relevant countermeasures to improve the employment quality of tour guide service students in secondary vocational schools.From the theoretical research point of view,the existing research mainly focuses on the employment quality of students in higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges,and the research directions are mainly tourism management major and hotel management major.The research on the employment quality of tour guide service students in secondary vocational schools is scarcer,this article to a certain extent enrich the quality of employment research content.To some extent,this paper enriched the research content of employment quality.Based on the previous studies,experts' opinions and the employment characteristics of tour guide service students in vocational schools,this paper determines the evaluation index system on the employment quality according to the principles of establishing the evaluation index system,including five first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators,the five first-level indicators are the pre-service preparation,the working environment,the working conditions,compensation and welfare and the development prospects.Taking tour guide service students in Jinan NO.3 vocational school as the research object,this paper makes an empirical study on the employment quality using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,The results of the evaluation show that the employment quality of tour guide service students in secondary vocational schools belongs to superior middling.According to the evaluation results,the teachers and students of tour guide service major in this school are interviewed online to explore the reasons why the employment quality of tour guide service students in secondary vocational schools is lower than normal,these reasons include both enterprise and school,as well as students themselves.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for these factors,such as: students should correct attitude and do a good job in career planning,at the same time improve their own comprehensive quality;schools should strengthen employment instruction services,optimize the training methods of students and enhance the quality of teachers;enterprises should establish a sense of talent reserve,adjust the salary incentive system and broaden the employees' career development space.Due to the limited number of questionnaires in this study,and only taking the example of tour guide service in Jinan NO.3 vocational school as an example.The research conclusions can basically reflect the employment quality of the students of tour guide service in this school,however,there are certain deficiencies in the universality and representativeness of the research.Therefore,this research also needs more extensive and comprehensive data to enrich the sample size and further improve the research evaluation method.
