General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the conference on ideological and political education at colleges and universities across the country,and subsequently published programmatic documents such as Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation,which has injected fresh blood for the historic transformation.According to the requirements of social development and their own development characteristics,colleges and universities must strengthen and improve university ideological and political education.This is a key move for school personnel training and self-construction.Implementing this constructive work will determine what kind of Successors of socialist builders and affect the development of the country's socialist modernization.In the face of constant changes and the invasion of Western consciousness,many college students lack confidence in roads,theories,systems,and cultures and have shaken the ideals and beliefs of socialism.Therefore,it is imminent to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in universities in the new era.From the perspective of synergy theory,the synergy between the various subsystems or components within the system determines whether the system can play a synergistic effect.When the system develops in a good and fast direction,it proves that its internal synergistic effect shows a good trend.If we look at the overall situation of colleges and universities,people,departments,and the environment,as well as their mutual cooperation and coordination,and work together towards a common goal,then we can produce a synergy effect of1+1>2.Conversely,if the subjects within a college are constrained,separated,contradicted or frictioned with each other,the results of ideological and political education will be poor,and the main body of ideological and political education in colleges and universities will not be able to form a joint force.Even the effect of their own actions will be weakened,and the entire ideological and political Education work is in a disorderly state.This article will build a multi-subjective ideological and political education model based on synergetic theories.First of all,determine the scope of the main body of ideological and political education.This article divides the main body into three categories—the guiding subject,the initiative subject,and the driven subject.At the same time,it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the introduction of synergy theory into ideological and political education.It will help advance the scientific and standardized development of ideological and political education.Secondly,it elaborates the division of labor of each subject in ideological and political education and correctly understands the role of each subject in ideological and political education.Third,in the face of external challenges and threats,there is an urgent need to innovate the ideological and political education methods and the introduction of synergy theories.Finally,aiming at the questions raised above,we construct a path of collaborative optimization between the three entities,and find the optimal path for guiding,active and motivated subjects,and the optimal path between the three in a synergistic perspective.It can improving the actual effect of ideological and political education,so that not only canideological and political education work ensure a certain degree of scientific but also maintain a certain degree of rationality and integrity to achieve part of the sum is greater than the overall effectiveness.
