Since the 19th National Congress,with the in-depth reform of our military system,the number of university students joining the army has been rising.The veteran college soldiers have become a special group in the university campus,from the original student status to the military identity,and then from the military to the student identity.The change,facing the huge differences in all aspects of the military camp to the campus stage,resulting in some of the retired college students can not immediately adapt to the university's diverse campus life,resulting in different aspects of the incompatibility,these incompatibility may directly affect the next The entire university life and even future employment,but in the current research mainly focused on the level of education and psychology.In this study,the author uses social work perspectives to study how to intervene in colleges and universities,to understand the problems they face,and to solve the problems they face through professional services,so that they can adapt to campus life.This study,through literature research,in-depth interviews and participatory observation,guided by the theory of social support and the perspective of superiority perspective,conducted a survey on the adaptation of colleges and universities in the university of G university,and analyzed the school's return to school.College students adapt to the current situation.At the beginning of the research,the author distributed 150 questionnaires to college students from G University and several schools in the surrounding areas,and collected137 valid questionnaires.This paper explored the campus adaptability problem of college students who returned to the university,and then the author The famous liberal arts students and three science students conducted in-depth interviews to analyze their own advantages and sources of support,and to understand the problems they face in interpersonal and learning skills after returning to school.According to the questionnaires and interviews,the author has determined the objectives of the group activities,designed the corresponding group activities,and continuously assessed the service effectiveness through the activities,so as to solve or alleviate the incompatibility problems of the team members after returning to school.Through the group activities,this paper intervenes in the campus adaptation of college students who return to school,understands the actual needs of college students who return to school,explores the superior resources of college students who return to school,conducts group activities and integrates various resources,and finally conducts group work to participate in the retirement of college students.Summary and reflection of adaptation.
