Intervention Study Of Group Work On Campus Adaptation Of Retired College Students

Recruiting college students from colleges and universities to enlist in the army can add new strength to China's national defense construction and promote the process of modernizing our military.With the expiration of two years of service,enrolled college students still have to face the situation of retiring from active service and returning to school or society.In April 2018,the Ministry of Veterans Affairs was officially established,and in February 2019,the Veterans Service Center was officially established in Beijing.This shows that the country's emphasis on retired soldiers is gradually deepening.Retired college student soldiers,as a special group of retired soldiers,have different knowledge structures and literacy from other ordinary retired soldiers.In addition,the various differences between military camps and campuses have led to retired college student soldiers also experiencing problems when they return to campus These inadaptations may affect the campus life and even the future employment after returning to school.The current research on retired college soldiers is mainly in psychology and education.Therefore,this article attempts to analyze the problems and causes of the adaptation of retired college soldiers through this research,and combined with the group work methods in social work,and help them solve the problems they face by carrying out group activities,so that they can adapt to campus life faster..This article focuses on the campus adaptation of retired college students.Under the guidance of superior perspective theory and social support theory,it uses literature methods,questionnaire methods,interview methods and other methods,focusing on changing roles,interpersonal relationships,academics and employment.The aspect inspected the status and problems of campus adaptation of retired college soldiers in some universities in Q city.The causes of campus adaptation problems of retired college students are analyzed from four aspects: government,school,army and themselves.On the basis of discussing the necessity and feasibility of group work intervention,the group work method is used to help retired college students to solve the psychological,academic and interpersonal problems faced,and to evaluate the effect of group work intervention.The last part is to summarize and reflect on the practice of the group work carried out,and make suggestions for solving the campus adaptation problems of retired retired students from the level of troops,schools and retired retired students themselves.
