The intensification of industry competition has exacerbated the workload of bank practitioners.According to the survey data,most of the practitioners work more than 9hours,and because of the special nature of the occupation,they have been under high pressure for a long time.Especially the bank counter staff,they are not only under tremendous pressure of performance appraisal,but also have to deal with all kinds of customers,but also have to endure the complaints and dissatisfaction caused by long queues.In addition,bank tellers are repetitive work every day,and the workload is large,which also intensifies their work pressure,which leads to problems such as job burnout and job unfitness.Not only that,under huge work pressure,bank tellers are prone to headaches,chest tightness,low mood,memory loss,compulsion and other psychological discomfort problems,resulting in reduced work attention and low work efficiency,which hinders the stable development of the company.The research on this topic uses a variety of research methods such as questionnaire surveys to collect and organize first-hand information on the job adaptation of new recruits,focusing on exploring the feasibility and effective path of group social work interventions,with a view to solving new problems for banks Provide effective reference for the issues of job burnout and occupational incompatibility of incoming employees.All in all,this project mainly takes group social work as an entry point.It comprehensively discusses and analyzes its intervention in the work adaptability of new recruits,explores the effective path and feasible plan for its intervention,and at the same time,through group activity practice research,through Comparing the psychological status and behavioral performance of newly recruited employees before and after,it is pointed out that the social intervention of the group is helpful to improve the adaptability of the newly recruited bank employees,so that they can better integrate into the bank's collective,and make them more positive and optimistic about their work.
