| "Unitary first-order inequality(group)" is an important part of junior high school mathematics,and is also the basis of learning basic inequality.Example 53 was added into "Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 edition)" of compulsory education to solve the inequality application problem of "purchase plan" by means of tables,which demonstrates the importance of implying visual methods to solve the inequality(group)in junior high school mathematics curriculum standard in 2011.Therefore,the following two questions deserve further study:(1)Has the visualization method been implemented in the teaching of the application of unary first-order inequality or not?(2)How to imply visualization method into the teaching of applied problems in elementary and middle schools?This paper adopts the methods of documentation,comparison and experiment.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing the relevant curriculum standards,textbooks and test questions of unitary primary inequalities,a visualized model of solving mathematical application problems is constructed and the solution path of the main steps is put forward as follows:original reading→self-statement→graphic language→mathematical language→mathematical model.the application of visualization tools such as concept map,fishbone map,line segment map,physical graph,number axis,table,flow chart,mind map,etc.,in the teaching of unitary first-order inequality(group)was also discussed by illustrating typical cases.Then,the constructed visualization model of solving mathematical application problems was used to analyze and compare the current situation of using visualization to solve the application problems of unitary first-order inequality(group)in junior middle school mathematics curriculum standards,teaching materials and teaching practice.Thirdly,relying on the visualized model of solving mathematical application problems,this paper presented a teach design of Inequality and Inequality Group in the second volume of seventh grade of Peoples Education Press,and carried out comparative teaching experiments between conventional teaching(control class)and visualized teaching(experimental class).The study found that:(1)The visualization teaching method proposed in the 2011 edition of mathematics curriculum standard in junior middle school has not been well implemented in the teaching ofapplied problems of unitary inequalities.(2)Visualization teaching method helps students to improve the efficiency of solving practical problems of inequality.Finally,based on the findings of this study,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the teaching of application problems of unary first-order inequality(group).It is considered that the spiral integrated infiltration visualization teaching and the diversified use of visualization methods are guarantees for effectively developing visualization methods to solve the application problems of inequalities in elementary schools.Due to the limitation of research time,method and sample size,the teaching effect of implying visual solution to the application of unitary first-order inequality(group)needs further study. |
