With the reform of modern school system construction and the rise of social education concept,perfecting the cooperation between home and school has become an inevitable requirement of school reform.To realize the all-round development of school education,it is necessary to work together with the three major educational subjects:social education,school education and family education.They should reach an educational consensus and share the responsibility and obligation of educating people.The author summarizes the outstanding problems of the cooperation between the school and the family by studying the implementation situation and development process of the cooperation in Qingdao,and combines the "human comprehensive development theory","education management theory" and "common responsibility" Theory,to optimize the implementation strategy of home-school cooperation.The author mainly uses the interview method and the questionnaire survey method,focusing on the specific situation of Qingdao H Middle School to carry out the cooperation between home and school,and analyzes the basic situation of the cooperation between the school and the family.This paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction mainly includes the background and significance of the research,the theoretical basis of the research,and expounds the research methods,systematically collates relevant theoretical research and practical research at home and abroad,and lays a foundation for the subsequent development of the thesis.The second part focuses on the specific situation of the cooperation activities of the academic schools in Qingdao H and the construction of the cooperative organization system of home and school,and the construction of cooperative institutions of home and school.In the third part,through the interviews and questionnaires,the principals,teachers,parents and students of Qingdao H Middle School analyzed and summarized the problems and deficiencies in the cooperation process of the school.For example,the cooperation institutions of schools and schools are imperfect,the ability of home-school cooperation needs to be improved,the mode of cooperation needs to be innovated,and the educational literacy of parents needs to be improved.The fourth part combines the above-mentioned problems to optimize the strategy of cooperation between home and school,and emphasizes the role of the home committee in the cooperation between home and school.The fifth part truly presents the activities and activities of the Parents' Open Day in the new semester of H Middle School,and further tests and verifies the operability and scientificity of the optimization strategy.
