Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Home-School Cooperation Of Y School In Nanan District Of Chongqing

In the context of social transformation,affected by globalization,information and democratization,the international competition and talents competition become more and more intense,only depend on the schooling can't meet the needs of talent competition.The three systems of family,school and social have an interactive superposition effect for the study and growth of students.The home education is foundation,and the schooling is main part,the social education is complementary.Only the home cooperate with school,the educate goal of home and school can become maximum coordination and harmonization to achieve educational complementarity,and form the educational force,improve the effective of education,achieve the desired results in education and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of students.Therefore,it has an important meaning to investigate and analysis the situation of home and school cooperation in primary school at this stage,and find the problems,put forward feasible improvement countermeasure.On the premise of fully understanding the background and significance of the topic,the author summarizes the literature of home-school cooperation through literature research method,finds out the theoretical basis,basic principles and value pursuit of home-school cooperation,defines the core concepts,clarifies the research ideas and clarifies the research objectives.In this study,the author uses the way of on-the-spot investigation to analyze the status quo of home-school cooperation in Y primary school in Nanan District from the aspects of cognition,content,mode and supervision mechanism of home-school cooperation,summarizes the problems existing in this school's home-school cooperation and finds out the reasons.Finally,according to the current situation of the school,the improvement countermeasures are put forward.To reach a consensus on cooperation among principals,teachers and parents;to establish a cooperative relationship of equality and trust between home and school;to extend the areas involved in cooperation,to use diversified forms of cooperation to promote the development of cooperation process;to improve the management system of home-school cooperation;and to constantly improve the organization and system policies of home-school cooperation.In a word,only when the state,schools and families help each other,the cooperation between families and schools reaches an ideal state,and create a harmonious environment for educating people,can we improve the quality of joint efforts for educating people...
