The quality of agricultural products are closely related to consumers’ health and life safety,which is of great significance to consumers’ health status and the smooth operation of social economy.The main objective of this paper is to apply QFD-FMEA model to regional risk analysis of agricultural product quality.The QFD module can meet the safety needs of agricultural consumers to the greatest extent,and realize the negative feedback from "table" to "field".FMEA module can improve the efficiency of agricultural product safety management and realize the positive feedback from "field" to "dining table".The specific research contents of this paper include:Firstly,combining with the actual situation of the whole process management of agricultural product quality and safety in China,the QFD quality house model of the input-output process of agricultural products is constructed.Based on the principles of market evaluation and technology evaluation in QFD,the market competitiveness and technology competitiveness index of China’s agricultural products are calculated.Secondly,introducing FMEA into QFD,constructing the "QFD-FMEA" closed-loop model of regional risk analysis of agricultural product quality,and quantitatively evaluate the risk factors of agricultural product quality,so as to prioritize various technical measures,save manpower and material costs,and improve efficiency.Last but not the least,based on the data of agricultural product quality and safety incidents exposed on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture of China from 2012 to2018,the regional risk analysis of agricultural product quality in China was carried out by using QFD-FMEA model.The statistical analysis shows that the market competitiveness index M of agricultural products in China is about 80%,the technology competitiveness index T is relatively low about 60%,and the comprehensive competitiveness index C is about 50%.Regional process risk analysis shows that the quality risks of processes such as "pathogenic microorganism and parasite pollution","input problem" and "environmental pollution in production area" are relatively high,accounting for 70.59%of the total risk of the whole process.At present,the focus of risk management and control of agricultural product quality in China should focus on "strengthening technical guidance","increasing punishment","preventing and controlling pest pollution" and "strengthening source control".The concrete methods and measures are put forward.
