With the continued integration of educational resources, the continual readjustment of school layout, and the enlarging boar ding school scale in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet, the school traffic safety management problem is becoming even more significant, and it arouses the attention of the whole society to concern the safety issues of vehicles which shuttle students to and from school. School safety involves thousands of families, the problem of how to make students go and leave to school safer and more convenient and to ensure harmony and prosperous becomes a big challenge of school management. As one of the minority areas, Tibet's security and stability issues are overriding. Response to this reality, the rural traffic safety management in Tibet boarding school is not only an important part in school safety issues, but also the basic safety work of Tibet's social stability and harmony. However, due to the specificity of traffic safety management in the boarding school of the Tibet's fanning and pastoral areas, there are many new challenges and problems, which need US to broaden our work ideas and change our work methods. It is a very important issue to solve this problem that we starting from the actual situation of Tibet boar ding schools in rural management, In-depth analyze deeply and research to explore the reality of Tibet long-term management mechanism.Tibet is different from the other provinces and cities of the country, it has its particularity:the first one is that the Tibet rural life is scattered, points, lines long, and a wide range; the second one is that the boarding rate in Tibet agricultural and pastoral areas is high, school attendance problems is very protruding; the third one is that there are many high valleys in Tibet's rural roads, many rural areas have not opened the passenger traffic yet; the fourth one is that Tibet's rural boarding students transfer mode of transportation is mixed, the potential safety hazard is very protruding.Therefore, for special boarding school traffic safety management in agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet, the author believes that the exploration and study of this subject is an urgent need of building a socialist harmonious society and maintaining the rapid development of Tibet's social and economic and social situation in long—term stability; and also an important part of the problems Tibet people's livelihood and how to solve them; and the practical needs of students studying in school peacefully, parents working relieved, and school teaching peacefully. In this thesis, the author put forward his own countermeasures and advices according to his own working experiences in the Tibet agricultural and pastoral areas and analyzes the school traffic safety management current situation, and the existing protruding problems and their formation reasons. And there are three points:1. The establishment of long—term mechanism for traffic safety education is a prerequisite;2. The establishment of schools and the surrounding traffic environment improvement long—term mechanism is the basic;3. The establishment of student transfers long—term mechanism is the safeguard. Provide a theoretical basis and practical basis for scientific decision—making for local government(including the education administrative departments) and the school practical work in the future Tibet boarding school traffic safety management practices.
