Local colleges and universities in China are under the new background of "double first-class" University construction,the implementation of new and old kinetic energy conversion,and the construction of "new subjects".Software industry is not only the core of knowledge economy in the 21 st century,but also greatly influenced by the new era and new background.Training practical software engineers according to local conditions plays an important role in promoting the development of software industry,so it also puts forward higher requirements for the training of software engineering professionals in local colleges and Universities-curriculum is the core of talent training.How to improve the undergraduate course system of software engineering in local colleges and universities has become an urgent problem in the teaching of software engineering specialty in local colleges and universities.This research mainly uses case study method,literature study method,comparative study method and interview method.Under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion,through the case study of Q University,this paper analyses the current situation of undergraduate course system of software engineering major in local colleges and universities in China,and then summarizes the current talent training from four aspects: curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum structure and curriculum implementation.Introducing the relatively advanced software engineering curriculum system in the United States and India,and drawing on the successful experience of curriculum renewal in keeping with industry needs,diversified teaching methods,schoolenterprise cooperative teaching,emphasizing students 'practical ability and good textbook construction,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the new undergraduate curriculum system of software engineering specialty in local colleges and Universities under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion.In terms of curriculum objectives,we should clarify the training objectives of software engineering specialty and precisely orientate it according to social needs;in terms of curriculum structure,we should change the vertical structure of practical and theoretical courses;in terms of curriculum content,we should pay attention to the renewal of curriculum content,the reform of practical curriculum under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion,and the improvement of students' abilities and qualities;in terms of curriculum implementation,we should change teaching.Model,cultivate students' self-learning quality,raise funds through different channels,and improve the efficiency of fund utilization.
