Our country is now in an era of constant change.In such an uncertain era,the development of local economy and industry is facing enormous challenges and competitive pressures.The development of the local colleges along with the pace of change in local area,so the local personnel training in Colleges and universities put forward optimization scheme of constructive solutions,in order to meet the needs of social development and human progress.From the state to "guide part of the general undergraduate colleges and universities to the application of technical colleges and universities in transition" policy,many local colleges and universities began to actively propose a transformation program,and the key to the transformation of the local curriculum system optimization.This paper summarizes the current development trend of Engineering Specialty in local colleges and universities from the perspective of the course of curriculum development and the demand of practical engineering.Through the analysis of the professional curriculum system of electronic information engineering specialty courses system of theoretical research and analysis of N in gaps in the text,adopting content analysis,comparison,case study method,etc.,trying to explore the symptoms of local university curriculum system of engineering specialty in the root cause and symptoms.In reference to domestic and foreign advanced training scheme for the engineering specialty,on the basis of engineering of our country professional curriculum system,teaching content,curriculum structure and curriculum reform are discussed.In addition,according to the contemporary new engineering view,education,curriculum view put forward the idea of modern engineering professional with the new curriculum theory: "SER" curriculum theory.Expounds the "SER" curriculum intrinsic interest and theoretical source,and analyze the legitimacy of "SER" curriculum theories exist "SER" course is not only discusses the engineering professional course system of the change of the structure of "form",more show its "substantial structure".Based on the architecture of the "service","utility" and "richness" the unity of the three strategies of new curriculum system.Based on the theory of "SER" course,and puts forward the applicable to engineering project "modular" curriculum system of professional development trend,from three aspects: macro,meso and micro modular curriculum structure constructed project,and put forward project modular curriculum construction procedures.Project modular curriculum system curriculum system development is a product of the times,more suitable for engineering courses of the rules of the development of the traditional curriculum system reform and innovation system,and integrated into the local university engineering personnel training system,in accordance with the new "project" talents training goal.
