Research On The Adaptability Of Higher Education Structure And New-old Kinetic Energy Conversion In Shandong Province

On January 3,2018,the State Council approved the General Plan for the Construction of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Comprehensive Test Zones in Shandong Province.The first test zone with the theme of new and old Kinetic Energy Conversion was established in Shandong Province,followed by the Implementation Planning for New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Major Projects in Shandong Province and the Implementation Opinions for New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Major Projects in Shandong Province.The transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province is mainly to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development.Innovation and development need the support of talents.In the final analysis,it depends on higher education.The smooth implementation of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy requires not only the guidance and support of governments at all levels,but also the support of talents provided by colleges and universities.It is necessary to strengthen the research on the adaptability of the structure of higher education and the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province.Provincial higher education and economic development are of great significance.In this paper,the adaptability of the structure of higher education in Shandong Province to the transformation of new and old kinetic energy is studied by combining qualitative research with quantitative research.This paper studies the adaptability of the structure of higher education in Shandong Province to the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.The main purpose is to promote the higher education in Shandong Province to adapt to the actual needs of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and promote the transformation and development of Shandong's economy.Therefore,firstly,the current situation of Shandong's economic development and the development direction of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy are analyzed,and then the economy of Shandong Province is summarized and analyzed.The transformation of new and oldkinetic energy brings new demands to the hierarchical structure of higher education and the structure of disciplines and specialties.Secondly,the present situation of higher education structure in Shandong Province is analyzed,and the adaptability of the hierarchical structure of higher education and the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of economy is studied.On the basis of qualitative analysis,supplemented by quantitative analysis,the adaptability of the hierarchical structure of higher education and economic development in Shandong Province in recent ten years is taken as a reference,aiming at the new situation of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of economy.Through the analysis of adaptability,it is concluded that the hierarchical structure of higher education in Shandong Province basically meets the needs of economic development in Shandong Province in the past ten years.However,in the face of the new situation of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in the economy,the adaptation under the traditional economic development mode can no longer meet the new demand of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in the economy,and corresponding adjustment should be made according to the new situation of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in the economy.In the research on the adaptability of the specialty structure of pedagogy to the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,on the basis of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,it is concluded that Shandong Province has relatively sufficient specialists in primary industry related disciplines,relatively insufficient specialists in secondary and tertiary industries related disciplines.Most of the top ten industries in the economic transformation of new and old kinetic energy belong to the secondary and tertiary industries.Therefore,the specialty structure of higher education in Shandong Province can not meet the talent needs of the top ten industries in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the adaptability of the structure of higher education and the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province,it is concluded that the hierarchical structure of higher education and the structure of discipline and specialty in Shandong Province can not meet the needs ofrelevant talents for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.According to the results of the previous analysis,this paper mainly puts forward the following suggestions from two aspects: the hierarchical structure of higher education and the structure of discipline and specialty.On the one hand,the suggestions of adjusting the hierarchical structure to adapt to the transformation of new and old momentum include expanding the scale of postgraduate education,focusing on the cultivation of innovative ability,stabilizing the scale of undergraduate education and improving the quality of training,developing characteristic higher vocational education,doing a good job in the cultivation of "Qilu craftsmen" and strengthening the effective convergence of higher education talents at all levels.On the other hand,the countermeasures and suggestions for adjusting the structure of disciplines and specialties to adapt to the transformation of new and old momentum include docking the top ten industries,optimizing the connotation construction of disciplines and specialties;implementing the "New Disciplines Priority Development Plan" to build a compound specialty;giving more disciplines and specialties in Universities autonomy;establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the structure of disciplines and specialties in higher education.
