With the continuous development and progress of society,the material and cultural life is more and more abundant today,sports and fitness has become the topic that people often discuss before tea after dinner in the present society.This study tries to explore the introduction of HIIT,the most popular form of fast fat-reducing fitness in the gym,to college campuses.Hiit has shorter exercise time,greater intensity,alternating exercise and intermittent exercise,and requires a higher level of physical fitness and health.For college students who do not like to spend a lot of time and have no spare time at ordinary times,it is a new and interesting way to exercise independently and enhance their physical fitness,so that they can have more choices when they do exercise.Choose.In this paper,34 female college students in Tianjin Vocational University were investigated and tested by means of literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,comparative analysis and experiment.Understand and analyze the research status of HIIT and the feasibility of popularizing it as a kind of exercise mode in universities.BMI index,vital capacity,50 m,1min sit-up,standing long jump,sit-forward flexion and 800 m were compared with different intensity exercise,and the corresponding experimental results were obtained.After eight weeks of exercise intervention:(1)in terms of cardio-pulmonary function,the vital capacity of the subjects in the HIIT group(2)in terms of 1min sit-ups,the scores of both HIIT and control subjects were significantly higher than those of the control group,and were better than those of the control group in terms of vital capacity and performance of 800 m.(2)there was a significant improvement in the performance of both HIIT subjects and the control group in terms of sit-ups.The improvement of subjects in HIIT group was better than that in control group.(3)in the 50-meter and standing long jump,HIIT significantly increased the 50-meter and standing-long jump in the subjects.The control group also limited the improvement of 50 meters and standing long jump,but the improvement effect of 50 m score in HIIT group was higher than that in control group(5 m).The improvement effect of 0 m result;There was no significant difference in standing long jump scores between the two groups.(4)in the front flexion of sitting position,the scores of HIIT group and control group were significantly improved.The improvement effect of HIIT group was better than that of control group.(5)in the aspect of body composition,after eight weeks of exercise intervention,the BMI index of both HIIT group and control group was decreased.The decrease of body weight in HIIT group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the weight loss in HIIT group was more obvious than that in control group.For students who do not like to spend a lot of time on exercise and lack of free time,the HIIT training program is a good choice,and the effect on improving the level of physical fitness is also very good.But exercisers should fully understand their physical fitness before exercise,and choose their own way of exercise according to their own conditions.
