In this study,the use of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods in the impact of HIIT sports intervention on the physical fitness of College students.In this study,China University of Petroleum(East China)75 students of non professional sports major as the research subjects,divided into three groups of boys and girls in two groups,respectively: male experimental group 1,experimental group 2 boys,boys and girls in experimental group,control group,female control group,15 in each group,the experimental period was twelve weeks.In the experimental group and the control group of subjects related to physical indexes were tested,and the experimental test before and after the index of SPSS statistical analysis,to explore the HIIT exercise intervention on the related indexes of University non professional sports college students physical fitness(including body shape and function,health level,physical quality,comprehensive physical fitness test)effect the main observation indexes are fat,waist hip ratio,body fat percentage,rate,comprehensive health The new supersedes the old.score,fracture risk factor,bone strength,800/1000 m,pull up/sit ups,50 meters running,standing long jump.The conclusions are as follows:1.through the HIIT exercise intervention for 12 weeks 3 times a week,in terms of body shape index,body fat percentage,fat content decreased significantly,indicating that HIIT exercise intervention very significant for college students defatting effect.2.through the HIIT exercise intervention for 12 weeks 3 times a week,at the level of health indicators,differences in basal metabolic rate,comprehensive health evaluation index has significant,indicating that HIIT exercise intervention can effectively improve the level of basic metabolism and comprehensive health of College students.3.through the HIIT exercise intervention for 12 weeks 3 times a week,in terms of physical quality index,800m(female)/1000m(male),sit ups(female)/ pull-up(male),50 m run,standing long jump index has a different degree of progress,the difference was significant in statistics.HIIT,exercise intervention can effectively improve college students' physical quality,so as to improve the level of physical health test.4.through the HIIT exercise intervention for 12 weeks 3 times a week,in the comprehensive physical fitness test index,the differences of the eight action index data has significant changes in statistics,indicating that HIIT exercise intervention can effectively improve the comprehensive level of physical fitness of College students.5.through the 12 week exercise intervention,1 time a week HIIT exercise intervention,while the increase in the index,but no weekly intervention 3 times increased significantly,indicating the effect 3 times weekly HIIT 1 time weekly exercise on all aspects of physical intervention significantly.6.the test results show: female students were significantly enhanced in the risk of fractures,bone strength coefficient two indicators are,boys do not have significant differences,indicating that HIIT exercise intervention in improving female college students' fracture risk coefficient,bone strength has positive effect.
