The history and culture of the Chinese nation over the past 5,000 years are extensive and profound and have a long history.Nowadays,with the development of "national studies craze" and socialist core values,more and more people pay attention to the recitation of classics in the Basic Education period.The study of classics by primary school students not only helps to carry forward and inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also helps to improve Chinese literacy and shape sound personality.However,in one semester of teaching practice,the author witnessed and experienced the unsatisfactory phenomena and situations in the recitation of the classics in primary schools,such as blindly following the trend,falling into a mere formality,the content of recitation is complicated,the method is simple,and the time is not guaranteed,etc.Furthermore,the students' interest in reading is not high,and the effect of reading is greatly reduced,which can not realize the real purpose of classical reading.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the party and the state have proposed the important thought of advocating and practicing the socialist core values,which has not only injected new vitality into the classics recitation,but also endowed it with distinctive features of theTimes,social values and historical mission.Therefore,classical reading in primary schools is facing new opportunities and challenges.It is against this background of the times based on general secretary Xi Jinping's core socialist values of "prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony,freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,patriotism,dedication,integrity and amity," and on the theory of implicit learning,this paper makes an in-depth study on the actual situation of classical recitation of primary and middle school students lack of optimization and conciseness;simple recitation method,resulting in students' lack of interest;recitation-based,the real meaning is difficult to understand;school arrangement is out of place,teachers' lack of guidance;recitation effect is not good,just a formality.For these problems,the author mainly from the social level,the school level,the teacher level,the parents level and the students themselves level of the causal analysis.In view of the problems existing in the recitation of the classics in primary schools,based on the perspective of the times of socialist core values,the author puts forward some concrete practical strategies,and holds that the recitation of the classics in primary schools is a systems engineering we should start with schools,teachers and families and adopt a multi-pronged approach in order to be effective.First,school should be the overall grasp.Based on the premise of humanistic construction,weshould create an environment that reflects the core values of socialism,integrate all kinds of resources and build a three-dimensional platform to form comprehensive advantages to build a high-quality teaching force as a breakthrough to enhance the level of guidance.Secondly,teachers should carry out specific guidance.The purpose,content and quantity,coordination and time of recitation should be made clear,diversified teaching forms should be adopted to arouse students' interest in recitation,and proper evaluation of recitation should be adopted.Finally,the family should be actively involved.Set up and create a strong reading environment and atmosphere,family members also actively participate in reading activities.At the same time,parents and schools,teachers active interaction,in-depth communication details,will be twice the result with half the effort.
