This study aims to "circuit training law" and "local concentrated training law" laws of two kinds of training to the upper arm muscle group after training "endurance","power","the biggest power","arm","than" flexor index of the comparison of training effect, and then for the selection of strength training method in the future to provide certain theoretical and practical aspects of learning and using for reference. This study recruited 20 subjects experiment, before the experiment, the first targeted to the upper arm muscle flexor and extensor of training action and do preliminary screening experiment,on the subjects of upper arm muscle circumference explosive force, flexor and extensor explosive maximum strength, extensor and flexor strength, flexor muscle endurance, extensor endurance tests, made some of the data.In the formal experiment, two different training rules were used to select and optimize the training methods of flexor and extensor muscles of the upper arm muscle group, and the training was conducted for 10 weeks. After the end of the ten weeks of training cycle, using isokinetic testing system of upper arm muscle test statistics and analysis of relevant indicators, the slow test under 60 ° / s of the angular velocity, power value represents the muscle power; At 60 ° / s slow angular velocity under test, the value of the peak torque represents the greatest power of muscle; In the quick test 180 ° / s of the angular velocity down to test the size of the muscular endurance.Record after the experiment, the experimental correlation index data, using SPSS mathematical statistics on the subjects of the experimental data for group in independent samples T test and F test of variance analysis and significance as the error probability is less than 0.05 has a significant difference to the error probability is less than 0.01 for the difference is very significant, the error probability is less than 0.001 for a highly significant difference. The effects of the two training rules on the upper arm muscle group training were studied by comparing the results. In this paper, the relevant concepts were studied and sorted out by using the method of literature materials, and the relevant knowledge of the mature "wade training law",the physiological and anatomical knowledge of the upper arm muscle group and the accumulation of relevant literature materials on strength training were summarized.By using the expert consultation method, the training of the flexor and extensor muscles of the upper arm muscle group was thoroughly understood by the experts.A number of reasonable training movements were summarized and screened, optimized and sorted out.Simultaneously USES the test method and the experiment method to carry on the movement combination, arranges the subject to carry on the training according to the movement training science and the human body mechanics basic principle. Finally, using mathematical statistics method,SPSS data statistics for difference comparison.Through to the subjects of the upper arm muscle group "stamina","power","the biggest power","(H/Q)than flexor","arm circumference" experiment before and after the experiment carries on the summary and the analysis of data changes, probe into the experimental group(circuit training law)and the control group(local concentrated training rule)index, the difference of the argument laws of two kinds of training to the training of the upper arm muscle group effect. The relevant data obtained after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group are as follows:(1)the two training principles of "cyclic training law" and "local concentrated training law" are applicable to improving the explosive force, maximum strength, muscle endurance and upper arm girth of upper arm muscle group.(2)there is a certain difference in the training effect of the upper arm muscle group between the "cyclic training law" and the "local concentrated training law",which is reflected in the following aspects:(1)these two training rules before and after the experiment on the muscle endurance of the upper arm muscle group has been improved, but the comparison of the two groups of experiments can be obtained, the "circular training law" of the relevant training program implementation of the upper arm muscle group training effect is significantly better than the "local concentrated training law".In terms of improving muscle endurance of the upper arm muscle group, the "cycle training principle" is more applicable.(2)the two training rules before and after the experiment on the upper arm muscle group of the upper arm circumference has been improved, but the two groups of experiments than analysis, the "local concentrated training law" experimental effect is significantly better than the "circular training law",in the aspect of improving the upper arm muscle group circumference,"local concentrated training law" is more applicable.Put forward corresponding Suggestions:(1)for the two strength training principles of "cyclic training law" and "local concentrated training law","cyclic training law" can be selected as the main training law to improve the muscle endurance quality of upper arm muscle group;(2)for the two strength training principles of "cyclic training law" and "local concentrated training law","cyclic training law" can be selected as the main training law to improve the explosive power quality of upper arm muscle group;(3)there are few rules in this paper, and there are many rules related to strength training. It is suggested that more scholars can have more in-depth studies on other training rules.(4)this study mainly focuses on the flexor and extensor muscles of the upper arm muscle group, and it is suggested to extend the follow-up study to the muscles that can do flexor and extensor exercises throughout the body.
