With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the curriculum concept is constantly updated,and the traditional teaching methods are faced with more and more problems to be solved.Therefore,a variety of teaching methods and methods have emerged,and layered teaching is one of them.In the traditional class teaching system,the teacher's preparation,teaching,exercise exercises,and teaching evaluation are all students who are oriented to different learning foundations.Ignore the individual differences of students and can not meet the learning needs of different learning individuals.The stratified teaching can design different teaching links according to different cognitive levels and learning needs of students.Students who have different learning foundations and learning needs can find a sense of presence in the classroom and actively participate in the classroom.This paper uses literature research method,investigation research method,interview method,case study method to understand the implementation status of layered teaching in Chengde Tianhui Middle School,analyzes the problems existing in the teaching practice of layered teaching and the causes of problems,combined with the high school ideological and political course.The teaching content proposes the application strategy of layered teaching in high school ideological and political courses.The first part of the paper is an introduction.It mainly explains the background,significance and overview of the research topics at home and abroad.It also analyzes the theoretical basis of layered teaching and expounds the connotation of layered teaching.The second part of the thesis is the analysis of the application status of layered teaching in teaching practice.Through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,we can understand the implementation status of the layered teaching in Chengde Tianhui Middle School and analyze the problems existing in the teaching practice of layered teaching.The third part of the thesis is the analysis of the factors that influence the application of layered teaching in teaching practice.Aiming at the problems existing in the teachingpractice of layered teaching,combined with the questionnaire survey of students and the interviews of teachers and the author's own teaching experience,the reasons for these problems are summarized and analyzed.The fourth part of the thesis is the application of layered teaching in high school ideological and political classes.Aiming at the problems and influencing factors of hierarchical teaching in teaching practice,combined with some teaching contents of high school ideological and political courses,the application strategy of hierarchical teaching in high school ideological and political courses is proposed.
