cooperation platform for the world’s technological powers to use global science and technology resources and enhance their innovation capabilities.The major scientific era is mainly characterized by large investment intensity,multidisciplinary integration,expensive and complicated experimental equipment,and ambitious research objectives.In the era of big science,young scholars want to develop academically,especially scholars in natural sciences want to achieve breakthrough innovations.By virtue of their own power,they have become somewhat thin,and scientific research cooperation has become an important way of technological innovation.source.Young scholars in colleges and universities are the emerging research force of the new generation.They should adapt to the development of the times and actively seize the opportunity of the times to develop their own academic path and realize their academic ambitions.The background of team science and the era of the big science era prompted researchers to seek the most appropriate research collaborators to carry out scientific research work and jointly publish scientific research papers.What kind of collaborators will young scholars choose to conduct scientific research cooperation?Are there certain commonalities between these selected partners?What is the relationship between the chosen collaborator and the young scholar?What are the differences between young scholars who graduated and worked in different levels of colleges and universities when choosing research partners?Do young scholars have obvious stage characteristics in the composition of scientific research cooperation networks in different periods of scientific work?This study analyzes the papers published by young scholars through stratified sampling of various grades in the evaluation of physics,the title of young scholars and the title of collaborators,and the level and cooperation of young scholars.The ranks of the colleges and universities,the grades of graduates of young scholars and the ranks of young academics,the grades of graduates of young scholars and the grades of collaborators are first described and statistically analyzed.The study found that young scholars showed the following characteristics when selecting scientific research collaborators:the level of colleges and universities of young scholars was significantly positively correlated with the level of colleges and universities,and was significantly higher at 99%(P<0.01);The titles of young scholars and the titles of collaborators did not show a significant correlation;the level of graduates with the highest degree of education and degree of young scholars was significantly positively correlated with the level of the institutions in which the collaborators were employed,and was significantly higher at the level of 99%(P<0.01).The scientific research cooperation network is an evolution of social network analysis.Since this research is a cooperative network for the individual level of young scholars,it is the individual center network in social network analysis.The social network analysis of young scholars’ research cooperation network shows that the scale of scientific research cooperation network of young scholars is too large;this study uses the same relationship as the measurement index of young scholars’ research cooperation network density.The average network density of young scholars is 48.%;Young scholars and members of the cooperative network have lower homogeneity in occupations and titles,and higher homogeneity in gender.According to the classification analysis of young scholars’ scientific research cooperation network,it is found that there are obvious differences in the characteristics of scientific research cooperation networks among young scholars in terms of gender,grades of colleges,titles,and destinations.A phased analysis of the network composition of scientific research cooperation among young scholars reveals that young scholars present different stage characteristics at different stages of the development of scientific research cooperation networks.Overall,during the formation of the research cooperation network,the mentor and the same door of young scholars are the most important network members in the research cooperation network.Before graduation,young scholars were in a passive position in the scientific research cooperation network.Young scholars were selected by the tutors to become members of the tutor’s scientific research cooperation network.The tutors are the core members of the young scholars’ scientific research cooperation network;during the development period of the scientific research cooperation network,young scholars and tutors The proportion of cooperation with the same door has decreased,and the proportion of cooperation with colleagues and students has increased.During the period of stable scientific research cooperation network,the scale of scientific research cooperation network for young scholars has narrowed,and the proportion of cooperation with tutors and counterparts has further declined,and the proportion of cooperation with colleagues and students Further increase,young scholars gradually established their own academic team and formed a research cooperation network with their own core.In view of the above research conclusions,this study hopes to provide some reference for the selection of scientific research cooperation objects of young colleges and universities in China,and at the same time provide a reference dimension for talent training and scientific evaluation of colleges and universities. |
