The professional growth of the director is a major issue in the field of pre-school education.In November 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Deepening Reform and Standardization of Pre-school Education",which pointed out that "to further improve the public service of pre-school education." System...Establish a professional growth mechanism for kindergarten teachers,improve the training curriculum standards,and train about 1.5 million kindergarten directors and teachers in a hierarchical classification."As the "gatekeeper" of kindergarten and the "leader" of the kindergarten teacher team,the improvement of the professional level and ability of the director is the key factor to ensure the quality of preschool education and build a team of preschool teachers.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the inherent laws of the principal's professional growth.The purpose of this study is to analyze the inherent regularity of the director's professional growth,and to analyze the influencing factors,processes and stages of his growth,including the following three parts.In the first part,the relevant literatures on the professional growth of the principal are sorted out and analyzed,and the preliminary research on the basic situation of professional growth of the first director is carried out through questionnaires.The research questions of this research are extracted by literature review and preliminary research.In the second part,based on the research questions,the author selected a qualitative research method to carry out further in-depth research on the three directors.Through the three-level coding,the collected data is analyzed,and then the professional growth process of the three directors is sorted out.In the third part,based on the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of demand hierarchy,this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors,process and growth stages of the professional growth of the director,and puts forward some suggestions for the professional growth of the director.The research results of this paper are as follows:First,the professional growth of the director is affected by internal and external factors.The external factors mainly include the growth opportunities brought by the times and social progress,and the growth platform provided by the kindergarten and the surrounding environment.The internal factors are mainly expressed by the director's high sense of responsibility and mission,strong self-professional growth awareness,professional identity and preschool education.The love of business.Second,the professional growth process of the director is the process of constructing and adapting professional roles in practice.The director of this process is based on practice,rooted in practice,constantly adapting and transcending in practice,thus gaining the professionalism and ability to enrich,improve and develop in the cycle of "unbalance-balance--new imbalance".Third,the professional growth of the director mainly presents the following three stages:First,focus on the survival stage.The director of this stage pays more attention to his own abilities and external management issues.Because they are newcomers,the problems they face are more prominent and concentrated,and they are a series of occupational survival problems.Second,focus on the task phase.With the master's proficiency in routine work,the head of the school began to try to improve the influence of the park and the park,shifting the focus from their own survival to the development of teachers and parks.However,it should be noted that this stage is also a high incidence of the director's job burnout.Finally,the self-renewal focus phase.The director of this stage is more consciously planning the development of his own garden to seek maximum self-growth.Finally,the author has reviewed the professional growth of the current team of directors.The author finds that there is a dilemma in the current professional growth of the team leader:First,the pursuit of the "general traits" of the outstanding directors and neglect the growth rules of the directors themselves;second,the willingness to develop educational resources and the development elite of the director Chemical.In order to maximize the growth of each kindergarten,based on the above research,the author initially constructed a self-directed professional growth model of the principal.The role of the head of the school is divided into managers,leaders and educators from the adaptation level to the transcendence level.The model can help the head of the school to have a higher level of rational consciousness and self-awareness in their career growth,so as to identify the position in the career and better plan their own development.In addition,understanding the different stages and needs of the director's professional growth can help the relevant personnel to become more effective promoters of the director's professional growth,with focused and targeted assistance.
