In the process of kindergarten operation and development,kindergarten director plays the role of leader.Therefore,it is necessary to study the growth of excellent kindergarten directors.By means of narrative research,the researcher presents the growth process of R from a normal student to an excellent kindergarten director.Then,based on this,the internal and external factors of the growth are analyzed,and the corresponding enlightenment is put forward,which can be used for reference for the training of the kindergarten.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction.The author expounds in detail the origin,purpose,significance,literature review,research methods and research objects of the paper.The second part describes the growth process of kindergarten director R from a normal student to an excellent kindergarten director.Using interview method and literature method,the researcher shows the growth process of kindergarten director R.The researchers divided the growth process of kindergarten director R into four stages:The first stage is the pre-service preparation period.In this stage,the kindergarten director R,who is a normal student,is independent,diligent and enterprising in the normal school,and becomes an excellent teacher-training graduate.The second stage is the adaptation period,during which the kindergarten director R is slowly groping and improving to become a caring,patient,and excellent kindergarten teacher.The third stage is the growth period,kindergarten director R has become the director of the business,she broke through herself,constantly updated her professional knowledge and professional skills.At the same time,she formulated a business work plan to improve the professional level of kindergarten workers.The fourth stage is mature period,kindergarten director R is committed to solve the problem of teachers and students,do a good job in teaching and research,and declare the subject,leading the development of kindergarten in an all-round way.The third part analyzes the influencing factors of kindergarten director R's growth.The researchers analyze from both internal and external causes.For internal causes,there are good personality characteristics,love research,love reflection,professional self-development awareness;For external reasons,there are noble help and guidance,family care and support,diversified learning and training,unity and friendly working atmosphere.The fourth part is the research inspiration of cultivating excellent kindergarten director.The researchers put forward some enlightenments on cultivating excellent kindergarten teachers from four aspects: cultivating normal school students,autonomous learning by kindergarten directors,educational administration departments and kindergarten teachers.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the training of the kindergarten.
