General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,"building a powerful country in education is a basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation".With the continuous development of China’s economy and society and the state’s encouragement of social capital injection into the education industry,the education industry,as a sunrise industry,has entered a period of rapid expansion.To win in the fierce market competition,an education and training institution must have a stable and high-quality teaching staff.However,at present,due to the imperfect management system of training institutions,the expectations of teachers with core competitiveness,such as position,salary,promotion channel and welfare,are far from the actual situation,and their satisfaction and career happiness are not high.How to improve the satisfaction of teachers to stabilize the strength of teachers and enhance the core competitiveness of schools is a common problem faced by education and training institutions.Private education and training institutions only through a comprehensive grasp of staff dissatisfaction with school management and other aspects,in-depth analysis of the reasons,suit the remedy to the case,fundamentally break through the bottleneck problems faced by the school,improve staff cohesion and centripetal force.As a newly established medium-sized private training school in Hubin District,Sanmenxia City,Henan Province,Sr school is in the initial stage of development,facing the challenge of the loss of some teachers and staff and the crisis of the continuous decline of enrollment scale.In this paper,the SR school staff as the research object,through the systematic review of the literature on the satisfaction of staff and staff,combined with the status quo of job satisfaction of SR school staff,as well as their own growth background,work experience,education level and other personal background and school internal management factors and other external background,through the form of questionnaire survey and interview,in-depth analysis The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors of employee satisfaction in SR schools.Through in-depth research,this paper summarizes the problems existing in all aspects of the current SR school,as well as the causes of the problems,and according to different satisfaction factors,combined with the actual development of SR school,puts forward four aspects of improvement measures,in order to improve the satisfaction of all staff,provide theoretical basis and reference for relevant departments and other schools.
