At present,China is in the new economic normal period,and employees are the core competitiveness of enterprise development.As a valuable resource for enterprises,employees have become valuable financial resources for enterprise development,and they are increasingly valued by human resource managers.For knowledge-intensive companies,the company's employees are more valued.However,from the current human resource development system,there is a lack of employees at all levels.Therefore,the development competition of enterprises in the development has essentially become the competition of talents.Therefore,the competition for talents in the market is more stimulating,resulting in more serious brain drain.The loss of employees is caused by a variety of employees,such as lower remuneration packages,insufficient incentives for companies,and imperfect welfare.From the perspective of enterprise development,the reasonable flow of employees can promote the development of enterprises.However,if the turnover of employees is unreasonable and employees leave frequently,it will affect the development of the company.Therefore,the current issue of employee turnover has become a key topic for researchers and managers.This article takes the author's Nanning J Education Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,combs the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad,and uses the knowledge of the review and the knowledge as the theoretical research foundation.Firstly,it summarizes the characteristics and distribution of the personnel loss within the company within the past three years.Through the questionnaire survey,the results can reflect the employee's appeal and state of mind,highlight the reasons for employee turnover,and use scientific analysis methods to test the data to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the data.Finally,combined with the reasons for the loss of personnel in J Education Technology Co.,Ltd.,the corresponding strategies were given and a complete system of employee turnover protection measures was established.Based on the author's personal work experience,this paper has a very detailedpractical significance to analyze the employee turnover problem of the Education Technology Co.,Ltd.and propose solutions.
