Adolescents are the pillars of the country,and their physical and mental health development has always been a hot issue in society.In 2016,"Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health" pointed out that the goal of "every day exercise,healthy growth,and lifelong benefit" can be seen from the state's emphasis on physical exercise for primary and middle school students.With the advancement of quality education,physical education not only focuses on the physical health of students,but also cannot ignore their mental health.Basketball is a compulsory content in the junior middle school physical education and health curriculum.In order to pay more attention to the physical and mental health of students in the teaching process,teachers should pay more attention to the scientific and rationality of teaching strategies and teaching methods.This article is based on constructivism theory and recent development zone theory,through consulting relevant literature to understand the bracket teaching mode and middle school physical education status,consult experts and select test indicators,and at the same time interview the teachers and students of the school to get bracket teaching Feedback on the use of patterns.Using questionnaire survey to understand students' self-learning behavior and interest in physical education before and after teaching intervention;through teaching experiments,73 girls in Beijing Shida Middle School,37 in experimental class,36 in control class,respectively,using bracket-based teaching model and routine In the teaching mode,a three-month comparative experiment of basketball teaching was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of the bracket-type teaching mode on the physical fitness,basketball skills,learning interest,and autonomous learning ability of junior high school girls.Finally,the statistical data of the experimental data were analyzed and analyzed the result shows:1.Compared with conventional teaching,bracket teaching can better promote the development of students' physical quality.It has a significant effect in standing long jump(P=0.026<0.05)and 1-minute skipping project(P=0.040<0.05),and promotes the development of students'strength and sensitivity;it plays a role in repeated side stepping projects(P=0.000<0.05)The effect is very significant,which promotes the development of students' sensitive qualities;but it has no obvious effect in the 25*8 turn-back running project(P=0.486>0.05),so it cannot significantly improve the endurance quality of students;2.The bracket-type teaching mode can better improve the students'one-handed over-the-shoulder shooting(P=0.049<0.05)and pole-wound running performance(P=0.043<0.05)between the basketball teaching methods and the conventional teaching model;3.The bracket-type teaching model has a significant role in promoting students' interest in sports learning.In the negative interest(P=0.033),positive interest(P=0.044),sports participation(P=0.041),autonomy and exploratory learning(P=0.034),The focus on sports(P=0.034),the understanding of sports(P=0.035)has a significant role in promoting,to a certain extent,it reduces the students'negative interest in learning and stimulates students' active interest and autonomy Exploring learning to improve student sports participation;4.After the experiment,the experimental class adopts a bracket-type teaching model to effectively promote students' independent learning.The P values are less than 0.05(P=0.029,P=0.046,P=0.011,P=0.042),there are significant differences,which can effectively improve students' autonomous learning ability.Through this study,the author believes that teachers 'professional qualities and teaching concepts have a great impact on the cultivation of students' innovation and self-consciousness.Only by constantly updating and improving their own abilities can they provide students with better quality teaching resources and teaching methods in teaching design.To apply the bracket-type teaching model to the middle school basketball teaching,for the school sports workers,the advantages of its model and the value of research exist are worthy of our continuous exploration and innovation.
