The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:"Improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,accelerate the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines,and realize the connotative development of higher education." The connotative development of higher education means changing the past practice of expanding scale and speed through external input.Starting from the internal structure of higher education,stimulating the enthusiasm of various factors,and promoting the development of education through the coordinated development of various factors.This concept has accumulated more than a thousand years of educational practice in the history of our country.This article takes the beginning of the establishment of the Imperial College in the Tang Dynasty as a time scale,and analyzes its internal education management system in order to provide some enlightenment to today's higher education reform.This article focuses on the general situation of the Tang Dynasty Imperial College,the teaching management system,the academic and student management system,and the receiving of foreign students and the management system of the classics,and explores the experience that has been condensed after the historical baptism.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.which mainly analyzes the significance of the education management system of Imperial College in the Tang Dynasty,and systematically sorts out the contents of the Tang Dynasty Imperial College in historical documents,research monographs and journal articles,pointing out the current research status and shortcomings.In addition,it also defines the concept of " Imperial College"and "the Education and Management System of Imperial College" in combination with the contemporary dictionary such as "Jin Shu Dictionary" and "Two Tang Book Dictionary",and points out the research ideas and methods as well as the innovations and deficiencies in the research.The second part is the basic overview of the Imperial College in the Tang Dynasty,mainly related to the geographical location and historical development process of the Imperial College in the Tang Dynasty.The article is based on the Xijing Chang'an Imperial College,which specifically describes the geographical location and internal structure of the East Jing and West Jing Imperial College.The historical origins of the Imperial College in the Tang Dynasty can be traced back to the Jinwu Emperor's period.The article describes the historical evolution of-the Western Jin Dynasty,the Sui Dynasty and the entire Tang Dynasty.The third,fourth and fifth parts are the in-depth study on the teaching management system,the academic officer and student management system,the receiving foreign students and the management system of the Imperial College of the Tang Dynasty.This is the core content of this paper.The reform,examination and vacation system of the Imperial College in the Tang Dynasty is a bright spot in its teaching management system.The academic and student management system is an extremely important part of its education management system.The management of the international students and the publication of the stone inscription fully reflected the innovation in its education management system.The article expounds the education management system of international students from the aspects of receiving the basic situation of foreign students,life management system and teaching management system,in order to reflect the completeness of the management of foreign students received by the Tang Dynasty.The engraving of the "Kaicheng Stone Classics" is a milestone in the management system of the Tang Dynasty.The "Kaicheng Stone Classics" has also become a major cultural masterpiece that has influenced the later generations for more than a thousand years.The sixth part summarizes and refines the contents of the previous parts,sums up the educational management experience accumulated by the Tang Dynasty Imperial College and enlightenment on the "connotative development" of contemporary higher education.The article excavates the education management system of the Tang Dynasty Imperial College from the aspects of functional innovation,incentive system and foreign student education.It points out that the education management system of the Imperial College in the Tang Dynasty is suitable for the selection and employment of teachers in colleges and universities,flexible arrangements for vacations and management of foreign students in China.There are important revelations.The seventh part is the conclusion,which is a brief summary of the full text,and draws favorable elements from it to better integrate it into the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
