Undergraduate education,as the root and foundation of a university,occupies a basic position in the personnel training system and plays a strategic role in higher education.Throughout the world top universities,undergraduate education has been placed in an important strategic position in the development of schools.First-class undergraduate education needs to train first-class talents,and the important feature of first-class talents is innovation.Undergraduates' participation in scientific research,writing and publishing academic papers is a powerful way to improve students'innovative ability.Although there is no rigid requirement for undergraduates to publish papers,we can see that many undergraduates have gradually joined the ranks of SCI publishers with academic innovation and influence.The publication of SCI papers by undergraduate students is a new phenomenon in domestic universities in recent years.This phenomenon exists in universities at all levels and in different disciplines,and has a growing trend of spread.This phenomenon brings us a kind of thinking:why can the undergraduates who have not been trained in scientific research publish SCI papers?They are excellent undergraduates who have made outstanding achievements in early scientific research.By consulting the data,the author finds that excellent undergraduates are a neglected group at home and abroad.From the news reports about undergraduates publishing SCI papers,it can be seen that they either display their scientific research achievements,or praise their instructors,or display the results of talent training in Colleges and universities.As for their real lear,ing,scientific research participation and living conditions,it is unclear.This paper takes qualitative research as the main research method,and takes 16 undergraduates who publish SCI papers as the first author as the research object,and conducted 18 interviews and physical analysis.On the basis of collecting and sorting out a large number of first-hand materials,we searched for " native concepts" and presented their experiences in scientific research participation and publication of SCI papers and their mental journeys in the form of situational analysis and generic analysis.First of all,the life history method is used to present one of the undergraduates who published the SCI papers as the first author,which shows the undergraduate students how to publish the SCI papers;Then from the perspective of sociology,it analyzes the secrets of the academic growth of undergraduates who publish SCI papers,that is,how they changed from a " scientific hand "to a " skilled person”,and the process of publishing the academic growth of undergraduates in SCI papers is the discipline.The process of discipline;finally,the relationship between research participation and curriculum learning during academic growth.In a word,this article from the experience of SCI thesis undergraduates,we can see the impact of environment,important others,undergraduates themselves and other factors on their academic growth.The influence of environment includes the influence of times,school learning environment and academic groups;the influence of important others refers to the influence of teachers,elders and sisters and parents;the influence of undergraduates themselves includes the experience of basic education,personal interests and personal qualities.For undergraduates who have published SCI papers,the experiences of scientific research participation and publishing SCI papers during the undergraduate period have a significant impact on improving their experience of scientific research,establishing academic network relationships,building academic self-confidence,fostering scientific research spirit and preparing for various professions.Through the analysis and reflection of the academic growth process and the whole research process of 16 undergraduates who published SCI papers,the author finally formed four core categories:first,the process of scientific research participation of Undergraduates in SCI papers is the process of discipline discipline discipline;second,the environment provides them with opportunities for scientific research participation;third,important others influence the academic growth of Undergraduates in SCI papers;fourth,the process of scientific research participation of Undergraduates in SCI papers is the process of discipline discipline discipline discipline discipline discipline I Thesis Undergraduates themselves are the key factors affecting their academic growth.In view of the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions on how to better promote undergraduate scientific research participation:university administrators can start with carrying out undergraduate scientific research training,open a top-notch talent experiment class,implementing undergraduate tutorial system,and carrying out publicity and educational activities related to undergraduate scientific research.Undergraduates should grasp the critical period-freshman,actively participate in scientific research,for scientific research to participate in the process rather than the results.
