| With the deepening of the curriculum reform, their demand for teacher quality is growing higher. Every level of teacher's aspirations for professional development is more and more urgent. Although various forms of teaching and research activities are under way in schools and teachers, the majority of teachers have been far from meeting the needs of the new curriculum implementation because of the restricting to various factors. Under the development of modern information technology, the Web2.0 Network Learning Community was born, which is to be a new environment for teacher professional development. Therefore, the research that network learning community for teacher professional development offers an effective support under the network environment and for teachers to find a sustainable, effective, convenient and innovative teacher professional development path into the reality is an urgent need.First, the author summarizes and defines the concept of network learning community and teachers' professional development. As the step of community and learning communities and network learning community, the author defines concept of network learning community finally. Secondly, the author searches the theoretical basis and suit points for the network learning community promoting primary and middle school teachers' professional development from the introduction of the social constructivism theory, cooperative learning theory, group dynamic theory and the learning organization theory, while after study plenty of domestic and foreign teacher professional development literatures, the author puts forwards his own concept for primary and secondary school teachers' professional development, and divides it into five dimensions: teachers basic ability, specialized subject ability, teachers' practical ability, teachers' professional spirits, teacher research capacity. Then, the author analyzes the advantages and the disadvantages of present teachers' education professional development, and simply introduces the domestic some successful network learning community for promoting teachers' professional development at present, and takes the case of the typical K12 Chinese teachers for research. According to five dimensions of teachers' professional development, the author makes the questionnaire of network learning community impacting or promoting teachers' professional development. Combining closely the interview method, the author analysis the mechanism of the K12 Chinese education network and understands the constitution of teachers, teachers learning situation and professional development in network learning community. Finally, according to development situation of teachers' basic ability, practice ability, teachers' professional spirits, teachers' research abilities in the learning process of the network learning community, specializes subject of these five respects of development, sums up these deficiencies and defects, pointes proposed some strategies.Such as perfecting network legal construction, increasing education administrative department support, hiring experts develop different mode of scientific research activities, founding diversified teachers team, combining social requirements to design construction significance learning, etc. |
