This researchcombines the production of the field of knowledge ma nagement, move the related idea ofknowledge ma nagement to the field of teacher education, construct a teacher network learningcommunity which based on the idea of knowledge ma nagement . Through the elucida tion andanalysis of related theories, we revea led the characteristics and problems of teacher networklearning community currently. On the basis of thorough analysing its target and principle, wetried to construct the model of teacher network learning community which based on the ideaof knowledge ma nagement and elaborated the strategies of the community constructing.Atthe end, through construct a network platform of teacher network learning community ,weapplied the modle and expected that we could give an example for the above model. Thisresearch aimed at guiding the construction of teacher network learning comuunity by the ideaof knowledge ma nagement, hoped to resolve the problems of the teacher network learningcommunity currently,a nd to tap and share the teacher's persona l knowledge and communityknowledge, to promote the use value of the teacher network learning community, and to makeit serve the teacher's professiona l development.
