Through the elucida tion andanalysis of related theories, we revea led the characteristics and problems of teacher networklearning community currently. On the basis of thorough analysing its target and principle, wetried to construct the model of teacher network learning community which based on the ideaof knowledge ma nagement and elaborated the strategies of the community constructing.Atthe end, through construct a network platform of teacher network learning community ,weapplied the modle and expected that we could give an example for the above model.
